Wat ga je doen? Als Assembly Worker zorg jij ervoor dat verschillende onderdelen zorgvuldig worden samengebouwd tot een kwalitatief eindproduct. Je werkt met duidelijke werkinstructies en technische tekeningen, waardoor je precies weet wat er van je wordt verwacht.

Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Het stap voor stap assembleren van onderdelen binnen jouw productiefase
• Het voorbereiden, reinigen en ontvetten van oppervlakken
• Het verlijmen en monteren van aluminium en stalen onderdelen
• Het boren en bevestigen van onderdelen met behulp van popnagels

Who you are

What will you do
As an assembly worker, you are a key part of the production line. You'll start with a fully paid training period so you know exactly what to do. After that, you will join a fixed team of 15 to 20 colleagues. You will rotate between different workstations, which means your tasks will become more varied as you learn more.
It is good to know that this is a very active job. You are standing all day and often leaning over the truck chassis. The belt keeps moving, meaning you and your team have about 4 minutes to finish your tasks for each truck. It is physical work, but the steady pace means the day flies by.
You will work 8-hour shifts with a 30-minute unpaid break and a 15-minute paid break.

Do you work overtime? That pays well:

• After 8 hours, you get a 23.2% bonus for the first two hours
• 37.6% after that
• 65% on Saturdays
• and 84% on Sundays.
