Als klantadviseur klantbehoud voldoe je aan de volgende vereisten:

• Je spreekt Nederlands
• Je bent 16 tot 36 uur per week beschikbaar
• Je beschikt over mbo-4 werk- en denkniveau
• Je kunt op maandag tot en met vrijdag werken tussen 08:30 en 17:00 uur
• Je bent bereid om in Amsterdam te werken

wat ga je doen
Zodra de telefoon gaat, begint jouw spel. Je zorgt voor een glimlach bij de klant en een succesvolle verlenging van hun abonnement bij titels zoals het AD en de Volkskrant.

• Je voert gesprekken met klanten die hun abonnement willen beëindigen;
• Je luistert aandachtig naar de wensen en behoeften van de klant;
• Je verandert een 'nee' in een 'ja' door de perfecte oplossing of een onweerstaanbare aanbieding te bieden;
• Je zorgt voor een glimlach bij de klant en een succesvolle verlenging van hun abonnement;
• Je bouwt direct mee aan het succes en de groei van topmerken zoals het AD en de Volkskrant.

Who you are
To make sure everything runs smoothly, it's important that for this side job, you'll meet the following requirements:

• You are available at least till october.
• You are available at least 3 days a week, especially on Monday.
• You can start working at 05:45h and the ending time is between 09:30h and 12:00h.
• You have your own place to stay in The Netherlands.
• You speak Dutch or English.
• You can work in Honselersdijk.
• You meet the 1.65m height requirement.

What will you do
Imagine this: you’re walking between the flowers, carts full with color and nice scents. 🤩 Every minute something is happening! Every day, thousands flowers and plants leave the Royal FloraHolland warehouse. During this side job you make sure that everything keeps going well!
Your colleagues drive their carts towards you. You scan the flowers that are on your list and place them in the right location. Got the hang of it? Then you learn how to drive on one of those carts yourself!

You’ll only work the morning shifts. So good! Your workday starts at 05:45h and you finish between 09:30h and 12:00h. Some days you’ll work a few more hours than others. But always between the 4 and 7 hours per day! Monday is the busiest day. It’s important that you can work that day for sure!

Where will you work
You’ll be working at the world’s largest flower auction site! Yes, really! That’s how massive the warehouse in Naaldwijk is. As a warehouse worker, you will find your way around in no time though. Within weeks you’ll be driving like a pro past all the beautiful flowers! 🌷

Your responsibilities are:

- placing, swapping, and transporting various types of skip and roll-off containers
- safe and efficient transport through Amsterdam area

• you have minimal 2 years experience as a Truck Driver
