Je werkt bij een onderzoeksbureau dat onderzoek doet naar maatschappelijke vraagstukken voor onder andere gemeenten en Rijkswaterstaat. Op kantoor in Enschede, goed bereikbaar met OV en auto, zorg je dat techniek, materialen en planning kloppen.

Je krijgt duidelijke arbeidsvoorwaarden, een uurloon van €17,08 plus 8% vakantiegeld, een contract van een half jaar met uitzicht op verlenging richting vast en een werkweek van 24–32 uur. Dit maakt de functie interessant als je je verder wilt ontwikkelen richting bijvoorbeeld veldwerkcoördinatie, planning of (junior) projectmedewerker.

Jouw werkzaamheden als Ondersteuner buitendienst Enschede:

• Technische voorbereiding apparatuur:

  Je zet laptops, tablets en andere mobiele apparatuur klaar, installeert en update software en test of alles werkt, zodat interviewers direct aan de slag kunnen.

• Eerste lijn technische support:

  Je beantwoordt basis technische vragen van collega’s en interviewers, lost eenvoudige storingen op en schakelt waar nodig door, zodat het veldwerk zo min mogelijk vertraging oploopt.

• Beheer van materialen en middelen:

  Je houdt bij welke apparatuur en materialen in omloop zijn, registreert uitgifte en retour en zorgt dat alles tijdig beschikbaar is voor nieuwe onderzoeken.

• Planning en voortgang veldwerk:

  Je ondersteunt bij de organisatie van face-to-face veldwerkprojecten, volgt de voortgang in systemen en koppelt bijzonderheden terug aan planners en het team buiten.

• Administratie en communicatie:

  Je beheert de mailbox, verwerkt gegevens in Excel en andere systemen en houdt collega’s op de hoogte, zodat informatie compleet en actueel blijft.

Wat we je bieden

Als ondersteuner buitendienst stap je in een betrokken onderzoeksomgeving waar je werk direct zichtbaar resultaat heeft. Dit kun je van ons verwachten:

• Een uurloon van €17,08 plus 8% vakantiegeld, netjes uitbetaald volgens onze voorwaarden.
• Een contract van een half jaar met, bij goed functioneren, uitzicht op verlenging richting vast.

Wat we van je vragen

We zoeken iemand die het veldwerkteam op kantoor in Enschede ondersteunt, houdt van afwisseling en graag praktisch met techniek en planning bezig is in een informele onderzoeksomgeving.

• Beschikbaarheid: Je bent 24–32 uur per week beschikbaar tijdens kantoortijden, doordeweeks.
• Woonachtig in de regio: Je woont in (de omgeving van) Enschede en werkt graag volledig op locatie.
• Opleidingsniveau: Je hebt MBO 4 werk- en denkniveau en affiniteit met IT-techniek.
• Eigenschappen: Je bent gestructureerd, servicegericht, handig met Excel, leert systemen snel en schakelt makkelijk ad-hoc.

Je gaat aan de slag bij een onderzoeksbureau in Enschede dat zich richt op maatschappelijke vraagstukken voor onder andere gemeenten en Rijkswaterstaat. As the company scales, they're looking for an *Account Manager

• to take ownership of how they manage relationships with larger schools and districts — from first contact through onboarding and renewal. This is a newly shaped role: you won't just execute an existing playbook, you'll help define what strong account management looks like for this organization, building the structure and processes as you go.
  *Key responsibilities:

• Follow up with warm inbound leads and help larger schools and districts find the right plan for their needs.
• Guide new customers through onboarding to ensure a strong start.
• Stay close to existing accounts through regular check-ins, especially as renewal approaches.
• Coordinate compliance and administrative requests from larger institutional customers.
• Take the lead on building out workflows, documentation, and automations within the CRM — giving real shape and structure to the sales and account management process.
• Spot recurring bottlenecks and turn them into better, more scalable ways of working, without losing the personal touch.

Requirements

We're looking for someone who's organized, proactive, and enjoys building things from the ground up. The ideal candidate:

• At least 4 years of relevant *B2B experience

• — as an Account Manager or in a similar sales/account role, ideally including some exposure to education or SaaS.

• Excellent written and spoken English (C1/C2-level fluency)
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership without a fixed playbook.
• *Experience with CRM systems

• and a quick learner of new tools — enjoys using AI tools to work smarter.

• Genuinely energized by setting up and improving processes, not just following them.
• Prior startup experience is a strong plus — this role requires someone who can shape a function, not just staff it.
