Będziesz pracować jako Order Picker HR - Lidl w dużym, nowoczesnym centrum dystrybucji w Almere. Twoim głównym zadaniem będzie kompletowanie zamówień do supermarketów przy użyciu elektrycznego wózka paletowego (EPT) oraz zestawu słuchawkowego do voice-pickingu. Zbierasz produkty multipack, liczysz odpowiednią ilość sztuk i bezpiecznie układasz je na paletach do wysyłki. Magazyn jest dobrze zorganizowany, a Ty poruszasz się między alejkami, aby szybko i dokładnie zbierać produkty. Współpracujesz z innymi pickerami, pracownikami magazynu i brygadzistami, aby każde zamówienie było kompletne i gotowe do transportu. Twoje codzienne zadania obejmują:

We are looking for motivated Order Pickers with EPT for a large distribution centre in Almere.

As a warehouse employee in the HR department, you will be responsible for order picking, preparing products for shipment, checking product quality, and keeping the work area clean and organized. The job is physically demanding and requires standing and walking for long periods. You must be able to work accurately, efficiently, and at a fast pace. Flexibility for morning, afternoon, evening, and weekend shifts may be required.

• You can work fixed day shifts in Lelystad (07:00–15:30, 08:00–16:30, or 10:00–18:30).

what will you do
You start your day at a fixed time, for example at 07:00 or 08:00. With nice music playing in the background, you get to work in the warehouse. You collect and pack orders (including boxes of cigarettes) quickly and accurately. Because you work with valuable products, Logista has strict safety rules and security checks. That is why we apply for a VOG (Certificate of Conduct) for you after 4 weeks of working. The pace is fast, but the atmosphere always remains relaxed and stable.
