what will you do
As an order picker, you and your team are responsible for collecting orders using a voice-picking system. You locate the correct products, load them into rolling containers, and transport the filled containers to the loading zone. Once that’s done, you jump right into the next order. Keep in mind, the work can be physically demanding, including lifting boxes that weigh up to 16 kg.
At Bidfood there are both part-time and fulltime possibilities as a warehouse employee. If you work part-time you work for 2 to 4 days per week. Rather work fulltime? Then you will work 4 till 5 days per week.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday: 06:00 – 14:30 and 14:30 – 23:00, Sun: 15:00 – 23:00.

what will you do
As a warehouse worker, you will perform a variety of tasks. You will put boxes on the belt, scan and sort packages by zip code. You will manually unload the boxes from the trucks. So the work as a warehouse worker is varied but physically demanding. You walk and lift a lot. The advantage is that you don't have to go to the gym anymore!
You can choose which days you want to work. It is important that you are available for at least 3 days a week.

What will you do
So, what exactly does a logistic employee do at PostNL Zaltbommel? As a transfer and storage location for PostNL, you will be working with your colleagues to load and unload trucks. Drivers come and go throughout the day. You will help them by unloading roll containers and placing them in the correct storage areas. You will do this at a steady pace, allowing the drivers to get back on the road quickly. If an empty truck arrives, you will help with loading, ensuring the correct containers go with the driver. Since trucks arrive at various times, your work operates on a rotating shift schedule.
- Working days: Monday through Sunday.
- Working hours: evening/night shift between 20:00 and 10:00
Where will you work
As a logistic employee, you will be part of an international team. Together you will ensure each driver sends the correct roll containers out. Drivers come and go frequently, and team leaders are open to your ideas if you see ways to improve the process. The process manager and (assistant) team leaders are also from the Tempo Team. They maintain close contact with our planning and HR departments. Have questions or issues? There is always someone available to help. Convenient, right? The work location can be easily reached by car, bike, or scooter. Public transportation is not available because of the working hours.
