Wat ga je doen?

Ben jij een echte aanpakker en klaar voor de volgende stap in je logistieke carrière? Als Supervisor in Utrecht ben je de spil in ons productie- en personele proces. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles op rolletjes loopt, van de planning tot de aansturing van je team. Geen dag is hetzelfde en jij bent de regisseur die ervoor zorgt dat onze goederenstromen soepel en efficiënt door onze HUB in Utrecht stromen.

Als Supervisor ben jij onder andere bezig met:

• Plannen van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden, waarbij je rekening houdt met de moeilijkheidsgraad en de laad- en losvolgorde.
• Coördineren van het tijdig en juist verwerken van import, export en landelijke goederenstromen.
• Aansturen en motiveren van je team, en het bijhouden van de personeelsadministratie.
• Werken aan verbeteringen om de efficiëntie en kwaliteit te verhogen.

Praktische details

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in ploegendiensten. We hebben diensten van 19:30 uur tot 04:30 uur, 21:00 uur tot 06:00 uur en van 16:00 uur tot 01:00 uur. Dit is een parttime functie en we zoeken een Supervisor die graag de controle heeft over de logistieke processen in onze HUB in Utrecht.

The role
You work daytime shifts from 10:00 to 15:30. You prepare rooms within a clear schedule, with time pressure between check-out and check-in. The workload is more manageable compared to large city hotels.

You’ll be trained on the job and gradually work independently. Quality is checked by a supervisor.

Als procesoperator werk je in een compacte ploeg van collega’s in Sluiskil aan de productie van hernieuwbare brandstoffen. Je bent dagelijks bezig met het bedienen, controleren en bijsturen van procesinstallaties zodat de fabriek veilig en efficiënt draait. Je rapporteert aan de Operations Supervisor en werkt nauw samen met andere operators tijdens opstart, normaal bedrijf en stillegging. Je neemt monsters, bewaakt productkwaliteit en registreert productiegegevens voor ploegrapportages. Veiligheid en milieu staan voorop: je voert routinecontroles uit, handelt volgens LO/TO-procedures en neemt deel aan de noodorganisatie. In deze functie krijg je ruimte om technische ervaring uit te bouwen en mee te denken over procesverbeteringen binnen een team dat werkt aan duurzame innovatie.

Functie-inhoud

• Bedienen en bijsturen van procesapparatuur volgens het productieplan, met aandacht voor kwaliteit en beschikbaarheid van de installatie.
• Nemen van monsters en uitvoeren van routinecontroles om productkwaliteit en procesparameters te bewaken en te rapporteren.
• Participeren bij opstarten, stilleggen en inbedrijfstelling van systemen, inclusief laden en lossen van tankwagens en schepen.
• Uitvoeren van housekeeping, kleine reparaties en gasdetecties om veilige en betrouwbare werking van de werkgebieden te garanderen.

Functie-eisen

• Een afgeronde vakopleiding in chemie of procesindustrie (VAPRO B/C, MBO AOT of gelijkwaardig) met praktisch technisch inzicht.
• Ervaring met bedienen en controleren van procesinstallaties, en het nauwkeurig registreren van productiegegevens en ploegrapporten.
• Verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel ten aanzien van veiligheid, werken volgens procedures zoals LO/TO en deelnemen aan de noodorganisatie.
• Je kunt zelfstandig handelen binnen werkafspraken en bent bereid om in ploegendiensten te werken en nauw samen te werken.

Je start je werkdag terwijl het park langzaam tot leven komt. Gasten zijn net uitgecheckt, en jij zorgt dat de volgende gezinnen straks binnenkomen in een kamer die tot in detail klopt. Fris beddengoed, strak opgemaakte bedden en alles precies zoals het hoort.

Over de plek
Je werkt in een nieuw 5-sterrenhotel in Kaatsheuvel, in de regio Tilburg/Waalwijk. Het hotel is recent geopend en alles is nieuw: van de kamers tot de inrichting. Geen verouderde ruimtes, maar frisse, strak ontworpen kamers waar kwaliteit zichtbaar is.

De gasten zijn vooral gezinnen. Je werkt in een internationaal housekeeping team waar Engels de voertaal is. De samenstelling wisselt van studenten tot ervaren krachten.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt overdag tussen 10:00 en 15:30 uur. In die tijd zorg je ervoor dat kamers weer volledig gereed zijn voor nieuwe gasten. Je werkt binnen een duidelijke planning, met tijdsdruk tussen check-out en check-in, maar de werkdruk ligt lager dan in grote stadshotels.

Wat ga je doen?

• Schoonmaken van hotelkamers
• Bedden verschonen en netjes opmaken
• Check-out kamers gereed maken
• Stayover service uitvoeren
• Controleren van netheid en volledigheid
• Bijzonderheden signaleren en doorgeven
• Gasten helpen indien nodig

Je wordt ingewerkt door mee te kijken en leert stap voor stap hoe je zelfstandig je werk uitvoert. De kwaliteit wordt gecontroleerd door een supervisor.

Wie zoeken wij?

• Je spreekt Nederlands en/of Engels
• Je bent minimaal 16 uur per week beschikbaar
• Je kunt werken in weekenden en deels op feestdagen
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en pakt taken zelfstandig op
• Ervaring is een plus, motivatie is belangrijker
