Als productiemedewerker op de lasafdeling bij Brink begin je met het vakkundig aan elkaar lassen van onderdelen voor trekhaak. Je technische inzicht en oog voor detail zijn belangrijk, vooral bij het controleren van de lasnaden om topkwaliteit te garanderen. Zodra het product aan alle normen voldoet, gaat het door naar de volgende productiefase.
Nadat je de basisprincipes van het lassen onder de knie hebt, ga je een stap verder: het bedienen van de lasrobot. Je leert de robot in te stellen, te bedienen en er zelfstandig mee te werken. Je taken omvatten het plaatsen van onderdelen in de mal, het oplossen van kleine storingen en het uitvoeren van dagelijks onderhoud, waardoor je een belangrijke rol speelt in het productieproces.
