what we offer
who are you
Of course, you don’t just become a CNC operator at PKF overnight! To that end, we have the following expectations of you:
what will you do
At PKF, you will be working in the CNC department called “Universeel.” Here, you will work with various machines, primarily TRUMPF metalworking machines. These machines are used for spot welding, bending metal, punching holes, and cutting shapes using the plasma cutter. Your main tasks will include setting up these machines, feeding the materials, and being responsible for the metalworking process. You will also perform quality checks based on technical drawings to ensure quality. Additionally, you will need to reconfigure and adjust the machines for the various parts that need to be manufactured.
It is important that you can work with precision, as quality is of the utmost importance at DAF. Additionally, it is crucial that the machines keep running and that production targets are met. This is because a sufficient number of metal parts must be produced. These parts are ultimately shipped to the truck factory, where the trucks are fully assembled.
