wie ben jij
Je bent een IT'er die staat voor ownership. Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor jouw systemen en zorgt dat ze draaien zoals het hoort. Je bent zelfstandig en communicatief sterk.

• Je hebt 5+ jaar aantoonbare ervaring met infrastructuur- en technisch applicatiebeheer;
• Ruime ervaring met Windows Server (2016 en nieuwer) en databases (MS SQL, back-up/restore);
• Ervaring met VMware/ESX (installeren en configureren) is in deze rol een absolute must;
• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels;
• Je bent Agile ingesteld en hebt een gezonde dosis leergierigheid. Je staat open voor diverse taken en zoekt continu naar verbetering en efficiëntie;
• Kennis van Storage, Identity & Access Management (IAM/CIAM), IIS/FTP en IT Security is mooi meegenomen.

wat ga je doen
In deze functie ben je de spil in het technisch beheer van onze infrastructuur en bedrijfskritische applicaties. Jouw werk is mooi in balans: 50% van je tijd besteed je aan repeterende werkzaamheden zoals onderhoud, monitoring, patch management en het oplossen van 2e-lijns incidenten. De overige 50% van je tijd richt je je op projecten, waaronder het uitvoeren van reviews, migraties en het ontwerpen van technische (en functionele) documentatie.

Je werkt in een modern IT-landschap met API's (vergelijkbaar met een CITO/ESO-omgeving). Specifieke zwaartepunten in jouw rol zijn:

• Het installeren en configureren van Windows Servers en databases (MS SQL); dit is cruciaal;
• Kwaliteitscontrole, diepgaande probleemanalyse (troubleshooting) en het structureel oplossen van complexe incidenten (incident, problem & change management);
• Het testen van updates en changes.

waar ga je werken
Je wordt onderdeel van een ervaren, professioneel en erg benaderbaar team van 8 personen. Omdat er veel kennis in de afdeling zit, kun je goed sparren met collega's, maar we verwachten dat je zelfstandig knopen kunt doorhakken.

• Je werkt deels op locatie in Leusden en Oude Meer voor het beheer van de fysieke infrastructuur;
• Het betreft een functie van 32 tot 40 uur per week.
• De werktijden zijn in onderling overleg binnen het team vrij in te delen, waarbij we gezamenlijk de verantwoordelijkheid dragen voor een continue 5x8 supportdekking.

Your Mission: Drive Excellence in Rack Integration
As our Rack Integration Engineer, you are the technical heartbeat of our production floor. You don't just follow the process; you master, improve, and lead it.
Your key responsibilities:

• Optimize & Maintain: Analyze production data to implement continuous improvement initiatives. You ensure all machinery is calibrated and maintained to minimize downtime.
• Analyze & Report: Maintain accurate records of performance and output, providing management with insightful daily and weekly reports.
• Resource Management: Keep production moving by monitoring inventory levels of raw materials and spare parts, preventing any disruptions.
• Collaborative Leadership: Support the manager in coordinating the team, ensuring safety compliance, and fostering a culture of environmental sustainability.
