What will you do

As a Teamlead you’ll be the daily link between flex workers, supervisors and Tempo-Team, making sure everyone is aligned and the work keeps flowing. You’ll coach and motivate people on the floor, step in with hands-on solutions when challenges arise, and keep communication crystal clear. By doing so, you’ll create a positive work environment that keeps people engaged and committed. You use your insight to place people where they’re needed most, making adjustments to the schedule on site together with the capacity planning team. As a Warehouse Operator you will actively contribute to the daily logistics processes. Further, you'll:

  • act as the contact point for flex workers, supervisors, Tempo-Team and the organisation itself;
  • conduct evaluation and performance conversations with flex pool employees;
  • coordinate tasks and priorities between departments;
  • be responsible for a warm welcome of new flex pool starters;
  • be responsible for set-up and execution of the cross-training program for all flex pool employees;'
  • perform logistic tasks.

Je hoofdtaken bestaan uit het inpakken, stapelen en labelen van de producten. Daarnaast is het schoonhouden van je werkomgeving belangrijk, want hygiëne staat voorop in de voedingsindustrie. Houd er rekening mee dat er door het werken met nootjes altijd fijnstof in de lucht hangt. Mooi voor de toekomst: je krijgt de mogelijkheid om de machines te leren kennen en uiteindelijk te helpen met het instellen en omstellen ervan als jij hier interesse in toont.
