Over de functie

Als Supervisor Operations ben je verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen en coördineren van de dagelijkse logistieke processen binnen de outbound-afdeling. Je bewaakt de personeelsplanning, verdeelt de werkzaamheden en ondersteunt medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling. Daarnaast monitor je de prestaties van de afdeling en stuur je actief bij om de efficiëntie en kwaliteit verder te verbeteren.

Ook vervul je een belangrijke rol als aanspreekpunt en sparringpartner van de Operations Manager. Je signaleert knelpunten in de logistieke processen, draagt verbetervoorstellen aan en neemt initiatief bij optimalisatieprojecten. Samen met de andere supervisors werk je continu aan een toekomstbestendige en efficiënt georganiseerde logistieke operatie.

Wat wij vragen

• Je beheerst de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend; kennis van de Duitse taal is een pré;
