Wie ben jij
Je bent een georganiseerde leider die houdt van uitdaging en een sterke passie heeft voor gezondheid en welzijn. Je krijgt energie van klantcontact en hebt een goed luisterend oor om tot de beste oplossingen te komen. Je krijgt er energie van als klanten met een glimlach naar buiten stappen. Verder bewaar je de rust op drukke piekmomenten en weet je je team met je eigen enthousiasme mee te krijgen. Je bent flexibel ingesteld en vind het geen probleem om ook in de avonden of weekenden de handen uit de mouwen te steken. Als manager heb je verder:

• Een erkend diploma als drogist.
• Minimaal MBO-4 werk- en denkniveau.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal.
• Je hebt een grote passie voor natuurlijke verzorging en gezonde voeding.

Wat ga je doen
Als manager ben je eindverantwoordelijke voor het succes van jouw winkel. Je krijgt de vrijheid om initiatieven te nemen die perfect aansluiten bij de waarden en de visie van ons bedrijf. Verder deel je je kennis met jouw team en volg je bijscholingscursussen, zodat je altijd het perfecte advies kunt blijven geven aan de klant!

• Teamleider: je bouwt een enthousiast team op, inspireert je collega’s dagelijks en zorgt voor een topsfeer op de werkvloer.
• Resultaatgericht: je analyseert de cijfers, stuurt bij waar nodig en behaalt samen met je team de commerciële doelstellingen.
• Klantbeleving: je zorgt dat elke klant met een glimlach en het beste advies de winkel verlaat, waarbij je onze missie van betaalbare gezondheid uitdraagt.
• Ambassadeur: je beheert de volledige winkel, van voorraadbeheer en personeelsplanning tot de visuele presentatie van het assortiment. Met jouw nauwkeurigheid en oog voor detail zorg je ervoor dat de winkel er altijd tip-top uitziet.

Waar ga je werken
Je gaat aan de slag bij een drogisterij die gespecialiseerd is in de verkoop van gezondheids- en wellnessproducten. De organisatie staat bekend om haar enorme assortiment, scherpe prijzen en kwalitatief advies. Binnen dit bedrijf gaan werkplezier en succes hand in hand en worden mijlpalen samen gevierd. • Je hebt een drogisterij diploma op zak.

Wat ga je doen
Stilstaan? Dat woord kennen we niet! Jij bent de rechterhand van de manager. Je bent de motor van de winkel. Je adviseert klanten met een grote glimlach. Je beheert de kassa. Je zorgt dat de schappen er tip-top uitzien. Van bevoorrading tot het coachen van je team: jij zit in de flow! Kortom: een energieke mix van verkopen en regelen. Zo gaat iedereen met de beste producten voor de beste prijs de deur uit!

• Je geeft eerlijk advies over onze producten met een grote glimlach.
• Van het beheren van de kassa tot de beveiliging en de bevoorrading; jij zit overal bovenop.
• Je zorgt voor een aantrekkelijke presentatie van ons enorme assortiment zodat de winkel er altijd tip-top uitziet.
• Je coacht je collega’s, deelt jouw kennis en zorgt voor een geweldige sfeer op de werkvloer.
• Je vertaalt onze visie naar de praktijk en helpt mee om de doelen van jouw filiaal te halen.
• Je volgt trainingen om je kennis over gezondheid en welzijn altijd up-to-date te houden.

At VanDijk, you’ll be working in the warehouse of one of the largest schoolbook suppliers in the Netherlands. All schoolbooks for high school students are shipped from Kampen.
