Can you recognize yourself in the following requirements?

• MLO/HLO diploma (or higher) with 2–4 years of relevant QC laboratory experience.
• Intermediate technical knowledge of analytical assays and techniques.
• Proven experience in training employees and supporting troubleshooting.
• Experience with deviation/non-conformance writing and root cause analysis.
• Accountable for high-quality, timely work; proactive, safety-conscious, and driven for continuous improvement.
• Professional proficiency written/verbal in English

As a Senior Lab Technician at the Microbiology department, you are responsible for performing microbiological analyzes. Various techniques are used for this, such as Environmental Monitoring, Bioburden, Endotoxin determination (LAL), sterility test and identification of micro-organisms. All tests are performed in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices / Good Laboratory Practices.
Your role will include:

• Perform microbiological analyses including Environmental Monitoring, Bioburden, Endotoxin determination (LAL), sterility tests, and microorganism identification.
• Troubleshoot assay-related issues and act as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for your team and support inspections.
• Train other lab staff on advanced methods and ensure accurate data entry, reporting, and documentation.
• Contribute to process optimization and simplification.
