Do you want to work in the food industry while developing your skills to become a Quality Inspector? This is your chance! Plukon Blokker is launching an internal training program to become a Poultry Inspector, and we want you to be part of it. 🥼🐔

As a trainee Quality Inspector you will learn how to inspect poultry products directly on the production line. You will be responsible for ensuring that only top-quality products leave our facility. It’s a role where you contribute directly to food safety while investing in your own professional future.

what we offer

• Starting with € 14,71 gross per hour
• Shift allowances of 12.5% above the salary
• 2 shift system: 04:40 – 13:40 and 13:40 – 22:40
• 15% discount on fresh chicken
• Opportunity to work part time or full time

who are you
We are looking for someone with an eye for detail and an interest in food safety. You don't need to be an inspector yet – if you work accurately and are eager to learn, we'll take care of the rest!

• You are available for at least 4 days a week
• You have a good command of the spoken and written Dutch and English language
• You have your own transport to get to the location
• You can work accurately, even under time pressure
• Experience in the food industry? A plus – but not a must!

what will you do
During the training, you will learn everything about the trade on the job. You will learn to recognize deviations, know when action is needed, and ensure that only safe, fresh products go through the process.

• Inspecting chickens on the conveyor belt
• Identifying deviations
• Ensuring that only top quality is allowed through
• Collaborating with colleagues and learning from experienced inspectors

where will you work
You end up at Plukon Blokker. A modern production facility where chicken is processed daily into fresh products for supermarkets and wholesalers throughout the Netherlands

• dynamic work environment with an eye for quality
• As you progress through the program, your wage increases to € 15.23 per hour (Scale 3).
• Certified: Upon successfully completing your training, your wage rises to € 15.58 per hour (Scale 4).
• The Ultimate Goal: Once you reach Scale 4, you will transition to a fixed contract and become a permanent member of the Plukon team.
• Once certified, you will receive an additional Quality bonus of 12 euros per day
