At International Flavors & Fragrances in Tilburg, you will play a key role in creating high-quality fragrance components used worldwide in popular products like detergents, cosmetics, and perfumes. Your daily tasks combine precise weighing, process monitoring, and quality control: - Working strictly by recipe, you use a mobile weighing station to accurately weigh ingredients-sometimes up to 30 different components per batch.

• After weighing, you expertly blend the ingredients to properly prepare the fragrance materials for the next production steps.
• You closely watch the machines and installations, intervening when necessary to keep everything running smoothly, safely, and efficiently.
• You continuously inspect products against strict standards and ensure a safe, clean, and organized workspace.

Working hours in 5 shifts (2-2-2)- Early shift from 07:00 to 15:00

• Late shift from 15:00 to 23:00
• Night shift from 23:00 to 07:00

Wat we je bieden

• An hourly wage of €21.11, supplemented by a 30% shift allowance paid over all hours worked, bringing total earnings to €3,900+ gross per month.

As an Assistant Operator in the Liquid Compounding department, you will play an important role in preparing raw materials for the production process. You will work with various ingredients and carefully follow recipes and procedures to ensure that products are prepared safely and according to specifications. You will combine physical work with operating equipment and administrative tasks. Using a mobile workstation equipped with a computer and scale, you will weigh and process raw materials according to specific recipes and quality standards. What will you do?- Collect and prepare raw materials based on specific recipes;

• Accurately weigh and process raw materials using a mobile workstation with an integrated scale and computer;
• Check materials and quantities against production and quality requirements;
• Work according to established procedures, safety regulations, and quality standards;
• Keep your workspace clean, safe, and organized;
• Register production activities and relevant data in the systems;
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the production process runs smoothly.

Working Hours – 3-Shift Schedule: - Morning shift: 07:00 – 15:00

• Afternoon shift: 15:00 – 23:00
• Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00

• Gross hourly wage of €17.73, excluding shift allowance.
• Temporary contract with potential for a permanent position.
• Fulltime role, 40 hours per week in a 3-shift system.
• 20.5% shift allowance, bringing your total to €21.36 per hour.

• Fixed year-end bonus of 8.77% and Individual Choice Budget (IKB).

Functie-eisen

• Full-time availability and willingness to work in a 3-shift schedule
• Atleast 2 years of experience as a production worker or (assistant) operator (experience in logistics, warehousing, or a comparable environment also fits well)
• Proficiency in Dutch and English at a minimum B2 level
• A precise and safety-conscious mindset, taking responsibility for the quality of your work
• Physical fitness, no trouble lifting up to 20kg, and no issue working in an environment with strong-smelling flavorings
• Independent transportation to reach the production location in Tilburg for all shifts.
