Functie-inhoud

• Je maakt de inpakmachine en omringende apparatuur gereed, bedient en controleert deze.
• Je assembleert en configureert verpakkingslijnen en stelt de machines in om productie volgens planning mogelijk te maken.
• Je voert dagelijks kwaliteitscontroles en metingen uit en registreert de resultaten nauwkeurig.
• Je voert eenvoudig technisch onderhoud uit en verhelpt kleine storingen om de productie draaiende te houden.
• Je bewaakt hygiëne- en veiligheidsvoorschriften en draagt actief bij aan procesverbetering en efficiëntere werkmethoden.

• MBO Elektrotechniek of een vergelijkbare technische opleiding.

As a packaging operator, you will contribute to the efficient production of beloved candy brands in our modern factory in Breda. Your role is pivotal in ensuring production lines run smoothly, quality standards are upheld, and minor technical challenges are addressed. With your proactive mindset and technical insight, you’ll help maintain a safe and productive environment while having opportunities to grow and develop your skills. You will be responsible for: - Set up and operate the production lines according to the correct specifications.

• Monitor the production process and perform quality checks to ensure high standards.
• Resolve minor technical issues and prevent downtime by replenishing materials promptly.
• Contribute to process optimization and suggest improvements for production efficiency.
• Work in a three-shift system (morning, afternoon, and night) with an active and varied workday.

• Proficient in Dutch and/or English, with own transport.
