In Uden is een team van operators en technische medewerkers verantwoordelijk voor productie- en onderhoudswerkzaamheden, met focus op continue verbetering van processen en machines. Taken variëren van opstarten en bewaken van productielijnen tot storingsanalyse en preventief onderhoud. Daarnaast weeg je ingrediënten, stel je recepturen samen en houd je productiedocumentatie bij. De organisatie biedt opleidingsmogelijkheden en doorgroeimogelijkheden.

Functie-inhoud

• Je maakt en vult aseptische vloeistoffen en verzorgingsproducten volgens productieplanning.
• Je start en bewaakt productieprocessen, bedient productielijnen en stelt procesparameters bij voor kwaliteit en veiligheid.
• Je bouwt machines om, voert reiniging en preventief onderhoud uit, en lost storingen op aan apparatuur en procesinstallaties.
• Je weegt ingrediënten, stelt recepturen samen en voert uitvul- en verpakkingswerkzaamheden uit volgens werkinstructies.
• Je signaleert en rapporteert afwijkingen en draagt bij aan verbeteringen van het productieproces.
• Je werkt met geautomatiseerde lijnen en procesbesturing (o.a. PLC/SCADA), stelt recepten en parameters in, en voert eerstelijns storingsanalyse en kleine onderhoudswerkzaamheden uit, en escaleert complexere storingen.

Functie-eisen

• MBO in Procestechniek, Werktuigbouwkunde, Elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar.
• Minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in productie of procesindustrie.
• Praktische kennis van aseptische productiemethodes en hygiëne/GMP.
• Technisch inzicht en handigheid bij ombouwen en oplossen van storingen.
• Nauwkeurigheid in het bijhouden van productiedocumentatie en recepturen.
• Bereidheid om 40 uur per week volgens productieplanning te werken.

Are you technically inclined and do you enjoy working with machinery? As a Maintenance Technician, you ensure that our production machines keep running optimally. You perform maintenance tasks, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults, and make sure machines are quickly operational again. Additionally, you replace and overhaul components where necessary, working closely with operators and production colleagues. You also proactively share ideas to improve machinery and processes. You will join a modern, high-tech manufacturing environment where engineering, quality, and teamwork are central.

Who you are
Does this sound like you?:

• A completed technical education at MBO-4 level;
• 1 year of relevant work experience within a manufacturing or maintenance environment;
• Knowledge of technical drawings and schematics;
• Good command of the Dutch or English languages;
• In possession of Basic VCA and NEN 3140 certificates, or willing to obtain these;
• Experience with Microsoft Office;
• An independent working attitude combined with a strong team mentality.

What will you do
As a Maintenance Technician, you will be engaged in both electrical and mechanical work. Your responsibilities include:

• Performing preventive maintenance on production machinery and equipment;
• Overhauling and replacing machine components;
• Analyzing and troubleshooting complex faults;
• Managing and monitoring utilities and related installations;
• Performing installation work and machine set-ups;
• Identifying areas for improvement and proposing optimizations;
• Drafting, managing, and updating maintenance documentation.
