Wat ga je doen?

Ben jij iemand die niet alleen de knoppen bedient maar ook begrijpt waarom, dan zoeken we jou als procesoperator in Lomm.

Je werkt bij een gespecialiseerd bedrijf in warmtebehandeling, waarbij metaalproducten worden verhit en gekoeld om de materiaalstructuur te versterken. Dit gebeurt in grote doorloopovens die dag en nacht draaien. En dat is precies waar jij verantwoordelijk voor bent: twee van die ovens. Tegelijk.

De ovens branden keiheet en hebben een lange opwarm- en afkoeltijd. Dat maakt planning tot een cruciaal onderdeel van je werk. Verschillende producten moeten op verschillende temperaturen worden behandeld, en een lege oven kost het bedrijf direct geld. Jij bepaalt welk product wanneer de oven in gaat, stemt dat af op de cycli en zorgt dat er zo min mogelijk stilstand is. Dat vraagt vooruitdenken, overzicht en technisch inzicht.

Naast het plannen stel jij de ovens in, bewaak je het proces en controleer je de producten na behandeling op kwaliteit. Loopt er iets niet zoals het hoort? Dan los jij de storing op of schakel je op het juiste moment de technische dienst in.

• Plannen en afstemmen van productiefases voor twee doorloopovens tegelijk;
• Instellen van de ovens op de juiste temperatuur en parameters per producttype;
• Bewaken van het warmtebehandelingsproces en bijsturen waar nodig;
• Controleren van producten na behandeling op kwaliteit en specificaties;
• Signaleren en oplossen van storingen, in overleg met de technische dienst;
• Samenstellen van batches en verwerken van producten volgens procedures;
• Schoon en veilig houden van de machines en de directe werkomgeving.

Je werkt in een 3-ploegendienst, van 06:00 tot 14:15, van 14:00 tot 22:15 en van 22:00 tot 06:15.

Waar ga je werken?

Je werkt bij een van de modernste warmtebehandelbedrijven in Europa, gevestigd in Lomm. Met zo'n 45 medewerkers is het een compact maar technisch hoogwaardig bedrijf. Ze zijn gespecialiseerd in het behandelen van metalen onderdelen waarbij door verhitting en gecontroleerde afkoeling de structuur, sterkte of andere eigenschappen van het materiaal worden aangepast. Denk aan processen als harden, ontlaten, gloeien en carboneren. Met hun moderne doorloopovens kunnen ze vrijwel alle bekende warmtebehandelingen uitvoeren, op een hoog niveau en voor uiteenlopende industriele klanten.

Het is een nuchtere, professionele werkomgeving waar technische kennis en vakmanschap centraal staan. De lijnen zijn kort en iedereen weet wat er van hem of haar verwacht wordt. Het bedrijf ligt in Lomm en is goed bereikbaar vanuit Venlo en Venray.

Wie ben je?

Onze perfecte kandidaat is iemand die al aantoonbare ervaring heeft als (proces)operator in de metaalindustrie. Heb je dit nog niet maar heb je wel ervaring als operator, dan kun je in de productie instromen en versneld doorstromen naar operator.

• Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal vloeiend en begrijpt Engels;
• Je hebt een MBO werk- en denkniveau en in de voorkeur een technische achtergrond;
• Technisch inzicht met je meeneemt en een passie hebt voor werken in de productie;
• Je bent in staat goed te functioneren in een omgeving waar iedere dag anders is;
• Geen moeite hebt met zwaarder werk in een warme omgeving.

Wat mag je verwachten?

• Een startsalaris tussen de €3.853,84 en €4.764.78 per maand inclusief 22,5% ploegentoeslag ;
• Een reiskostenvergoeding voor woon-werkverkeer van €0,23 per kilometer;
• Jaarlijks 25 vakantiedagen en 13 ADV dagen op basis van een fulltime dienstverband;
• Een resultaatafhankelijke winstuitkering van maximaal 8% per jaar wanneer het bedrijf goed draait;
• Deelname aan de pensioenregeling Stipp en aanvulling vanuit Pensioenfonds PMT waarbij de opdrachtgever 17,70% betaalt;
• Samenwerking met deskundig team om doelen te bereiken en voldaan terug te kijken op werkdag en planning;

• Nightshift: 22:30 tot 06:00.
