Will you ensure that Ikea receives a new shipment of drinking glasses? The glasses are produced at the factory in Leerdam. They are then transported to the warehouse in Gorinchem. As a packing employee you are the one who packs the glasses into boxes using special instructions. You then stack them neatly on pallets. Who you are

You are the warehouse employee we are looking for because:

  • You have your own transportation;
  • You have your own accomodation;
  • You can work in two shifts from 06.00-15.00 and 13.00-22.00;
  • You speak basic English, German or Dutch;
  • You can do physically demanding work.

What will you do

As a warehouse employee at Arrow, you will be working with various electronics products that they use all over Europe! On your first day, you will be assigned a buddy who will explain you everything. who are you

To keep the warehouse running, it is important that you, as a warehouse employee, meet the following requirements:

  • You are 18 years or older;
  • You speak English and/or Dutch;
  • You are available Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM;
  • You can work with the computer. You will print and make the shipping labels yourself;
  • You have transport to Moerdijk daily.
what will you do

As a warehouse employee you pack the order for the customer at a high packing table. You will put the items in the box. Print out the labels with adress and name. And you will make the orders ready for shipping. You work neatly and accurately, because the electronic products you work with are expensive. There are small and light products in the warehouse. But also larger items such as an air conditioner or a computer screen. You put small products in a new box. But the heavier products are often send in their original box. Only putting a shipping lable on the box is then enough. That saves a lot of heavy lifting!

where will you work

Base Logistics in Moerdijk is a quiet warehouse. There is a good work atmosphere at Base Logistics. It is a smaller warehouse where the team leaders know everyone by name. Base Logistics has enough work all year round. So you are assured of work for a long time! The team leaders speak Dutch, but the working language in the warehouse is English. The warehouse consists of two separate halls that are next to each other. Both halls together process the orders of approximately 30 different customers including Cisco and Wahoo.
