Je bent het eerste telefonische aanspreekpunt voor de klanten en potentiële klanten van ABN AMRO op het gebied van hypotheken. Denk hierbij aan de verschillende hypotheekvormen, rentes maar ook het uitvoeren van mutaties op bestaande hypotheken.
Als een klant belt over een brief die zij heeft ontvangen over het aflopen van de rentevaste periode, ga je met haar in gesprek over haar wensen en maak je op basis daarvan een passende offerte. Ook maak je voor potentiële klanten een globale berekening voor het afsluiten van een hypotheek.
Je komt te werken bij de ABN AMRO in Amsterdam op de afdeling Wonen. Op de afdeling heerst een informele sfeer en wordt er gewerkt in 4 verschillende teams met ongeveer 60 collega’s. Iedere werknemer wordt betrokken bij het dagelijkse proces en je input kan je bijvoorbeeld delen in de dagstart.
