• You communicate effectively in English.
• You work accurately and have a keen eye for detail.
• You are capable of performing tasks efficiently and within given timeframes.
• You are comfortable with learning to operate warehouse machinery, such as a stacker (we provide full internal training and certification).
• You are willing to be flexible with overtime, particularly during month-end weeks (and rarely during the third week of the month).
• You are open to cross-training to assist other warehouse departments when needed.

As an Outbound Warehouse Employee, you are essential to getting products ready for shipment. Your main goal is to pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently and correctly.

• Accurately picking and preparing (packing) customer orders.
• Safely packing goods for transport.
• Operating various warehousing machinery after receiving internal training.
• Assisting with the loading process.
• Performing occasional tasks in other warehouse departments through cross-training.
