Wat je gaat doen As an orderpicker/packer, you will contribute to the smooth operation of our warehouse in Venlo. Your role involves working with an EPT (electric pallet truck) to efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment. This position is active and hands-on, requiring precision, teamwork, and a structured approach to ensure high-quality results. You’ll be part of an international team where collaboration and mutual support are key to achieving daily goals.
What You Will Do:

• Order picking: accurately collect items based on order lists using an EPT.

• Packing and labeling: prepare products for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and secure packaging.

• Quality control: check items for accuracy, quantity, and condition before dispatch.

• Warehouse organization: maintain a clean and safe workspace by following established processes and safety guidelines.

• Team collaboration: work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations and meet deadlines.

You’ll be picking and packing orders for both our stores and online customers. It’s physically light work where you’ll get to work with cool automated robots alongside manual systems, so having a good eye for counting numbers is key. Who you are
As our picking and packing specialist, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You can work in a 2 shift system ( 7.00-15.00 / 15.00 - 23.00 )
• You have your own transport to work in Sevenum/Venlo
• You are full time available
• You understand and speak English
