Voor een productiebedrijf in de regio Wierden zoeken we een nieuwe operator. Je hebt geen ervaring nodig, je wordt intern opgeleid. Je werkt met papier, machines en collega’s die je het vak leren.

Je nieuwe baan

Wat ga je allemaal doen?

Je zorgt dat het wikkelproces soepel blijft draaien. Je werkt in de buurt van de papierhouders (de creel) en zorgt dat het juiste papier op het juiste moment bij de machine ligt. Alles wat je nog niet weet, leer je op de werkvloer. Je groeit door van assistent naar operator, en uiteindelijk tot machinevoorman.

• Je vult de creel met de juiste papierrollen
• Je plakt de papierbanen netjes aan elkaar
• Je controleert of de juiste soorten op voorraad liggen
• Je houdt de werkplek schoon en overzichtelijk
• Je helpt bij het wisselen van assen
• Je werkt volgens duidelijke instructies

Over het bedrijf

Een korte introductie

Je gaat aan de slag bij een productiebedrijf in de regio Twente dat gespecialiseerd is in kartonnen verpakkingen. De sfeer is nuchter en hands-on. Je werkt in een klein, hecht team waar iedereen zijn verantwoordelijkheid neemt. Geen hiërarchie, geen gedoe, je weet precies wat je moet doen, en je collega’s staan altijd klaar om bij te springen. Er wordt gewerkt met moderne machines en duidelijke processen. De lijnen zijn kort en de communicatie is direct. Hier kun je écht meters maken en doorgroeien, gewoon door te laten zien wat je kunt.

• Fulltime baan in de dagdienst (36 uur per week) → Ma t/m do van 07.30 – 16.00, vrijdag tot 11.30
• Geen nachten of ploegen
• Startsalaris rond de €15,00 bruto per uur

Through Manpower , you will work as a part-time or full-time operator for one of our clients in the Venlo region . In this role, you are the hub of the production process: you operate machines, monitor processes, and keep everything well organized with the associated administrative tasks. The exact work depends on which employer you will be working for, but during a working day you may be involved in:

• Operating and monitoring machines and production processes

• Monitoring quality and safety in the production environment

• Performing first-line inspections and resolving minor malfunctions

• Recording production data and maintaining clear production and maintenance administration
