Wat je gaat doen

Als operator in de auto-industrie werk je aan de productie van innovatieve onderdelen die bijdragen aan de technologie van morgen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een soepel productieproces, waarbij je niet alleen materialen en gereedschappen voorbereidt, maar ook machines bedient en kwaliteitscontroles uitvoert. In deze rol krijg je de kans om actief mee te denken over verbeteringen en werk je in een hecht team waar samenwerking en innovatie centraal staan. Je werkt in een zelfgemaakt 12-wekenrooster met een mooie balans tussen werk en privé. Gemiddeld werk je 4,5 dag per week. Binnen deze cyclus draai je 24 ochtenddiensten, 24 middagdiensten en 6 nachtdiensten. Daarnaast ben je elke zondag vrij. Wat ga je doen: - Voorbereiden van het productieproces, zoals het aanvoeren van materialen en gereedschappen;

• Bedienen van persen en randapparatuur voor de productie van metalen onderdelen;
• Uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles om te zorgen dat de producten aan de hoogste standaarden voldoen;
• Oplossen van technische storingen en uitvoeren van eerstelijns onderhoud aan machines;
• Actief meedenken over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntere werkwijzen.

Verder beschik je over:

• Mbo werk- en denkniveau;
• Ervaring in productie of auto-industrie;
• Kwaliteitsbewust en oplossingsgericht;
• Technisch inzicht en probleemoplossend vermogen;
• Heftruckcertificaat is een pre.

• Assembling parts for turbochargers

• Checking parts and calibrating where necessary

• Scanning products and preparing them for transport

As a Cleanroom Operator, you will make sure that components are carefully cleaned, inspected, and packaged for customers in the high-tech industry.This is a varied position where accuracy, quality, and teamwork are key.

What will you do?

In this role, you will work in a cleanroom environment where precision and quality are essential. You will work with customers from the high-tech, medical, automotive, and aerospace industries — sectors where there is no room for error and where your work directly contributes to the final product.As a Cleanroom Operator, you will play an important role in cleaning, inspecting, and packaging components. You will work according to clear protocols and detailed work instructions.

Your responsibilities include:

• Cleaning components using modern machines or manually
• (Dis)assembling components based on technical drawings
• Performing detailed quality inspections, including inspections using UV lamps
  Packaging components in the cleanroom to ensure they arrive at the customer in perfect condition

What are we looking for?

• MBO-level education or equivalent working and thinking level
• Experience in a cleanroom or assembly environment is a plus, but not required — we are happy to train you
• Good command of English; Dutch is a plus
• You work accurately and independently and have a flexible attitude
• You are available to work in shifts: 06:00–15:00 and 15:00–00:00
