Wat je gaat doen

Als Operator High Tech zorg je ervoor dat het productieproces goed verloopt. Je werkt met moderne spuitgietmachines en houdt het proces nauwlettend in de gaten.
Je houdt je onder andere bezig met: - Opstarten, instellen en bedienen van moderne spuitgietmachines;

• Bewaken van het productieproces en signaleren van afwijkingen;
• Uitvoeren van nauwkeurige kwaliteitscontroles, onder andere met een microscoop;
• Oplossen van kleine technische storingen;
• Aanvullen van grondstoffen;
• Registreren van productiegegevens;
• Werken volgens vaste procedures en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen;
• Zorgen voor een veilige, schone en georganiseerde werkplek.

Je werkt in 3-ploegen en ontvangt hiervoor 30% ploegentoeslag over ieder gewerkt uur. Wat we je bieden

Met meer dan 25 jaar ervaring in de biologische productsector, is deze organisatie ontstaan als pionier en streeft ernaar zoveel mogelijk gecertificeerde bonen uit diverse bronnen te verwerven. De eigen verwerkingsfaciliteit, geopend in 2013 in de regio, zorgt ervoor dat de verwerking volledig in eigen beheer wordt uitgevoerd.

De biologische bonen ondergaan speciale behandelingen om te worden omgezet in hoogwaardige cacaoproducten zoals poeder, boter, likeur, nibs en andere ingrediënten, waaronder zoetstoffen. Met geavanceerde machines van verschillende formaten is productie mogelijk in diverse hoeveelheden. De fabriek beschikt over opslagsilo’s, mengketels voor koken en roeren, filtersystemen, droogbanden en stortkokers. Alle apparatuur voldoet aan de nieuwste normen en het proces is vrijwel geheel geautomatiseerd. Als Procesoperator ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de vier hoofdtaken die je vanuit de controlekamer en in de fabriek uitvoert: het beheren van het rooster- en reinigingsproces, het malen van de nibs tot massa, het persen van de massa tot chocoladepasta en het verpakken en laden van cacaomassa, boter en poeder. Zo ben je nauw betrokken bij het gehele productieproces.

De functie
Dit ga je doen

Als Procesoperator krijg je daarnaast te maken met:

• Het ontvangen, verwerken en zorgen voor een juiste opslag van de bonen en halffabrikaten
• Instellen, bedienen en controleren van de installaties. De verdeling is 60% panel werkzaamheden en 40% field werkzaamheden
• Bewaken van het goed functioneren van de installaties en oplossen van eerstelijns storingen
• Uitvoeren van administratieve werkzaamheden
• Uitvoeren en ondersteunen bij het geplande onderhoud
• Het nemen en analyseren van monsters door middel van een dagelijkse smaaktest

Bij CoreDux werk je in een omgeving waar extreem precieze RVS- en hightech slangsystemen worden geproduceerd voor de halfgeleider-, aerospace- en hightech industrie. Als Shiftleider Productie ben jij degene die ervoor zorgt dat de productie soepel loopt, mensen goed samenwerken en de planning wordt gehaald.

Over de functie

Als Shiftleider Productie geef je dagelijks leiding aan een team binnen een moderne productieomgeving in 2-ploegendienst. Jij bent het eerste aanspreekpunt op de vloer en zorgt dat de operatie goed blijft draaien.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan uit:

• Aansturen en begeleiden van operators tijdens jouw shift
• Bewaken van de productieplanning, kwaliteit en veiligheid
• Oplossen van operationele verstoringen samen met techniek en engineering
• Zorgen voor een goede overdracht tussen de ploegen
• Signaleren van verbeterpunten in het proces en deze bespreken met de Productie Manager
• Ondersteunen van medewerkers in hun ontwikkeling op de werkvloer
• Je werkt nauw samen met andere shiftleaders, de Productie Manager, Technische Dienst en Quality. Het team op de vloer is groot en divers, waarbij samenwerking en duidelijke communicatie belangrijk zijn.

Wie ben jij?

Voor deze rol zoeken we iemand die verantwoordelijkheid durft te nemen en overzicht houdt op de werkvloer.

• MBO+ of HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Ervaring in een productieomgeving (mag ook als operator of meewerkend voorman)
• Je vindt het leuk om collega's aan te sturen en te begeleiden
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels
• Ervaring met Lean, 5S of continu verbeteren
• Ervaring in high mix / hightech productie
• Eerdere leidinggevende ervaring in een ploegendienst
• Ook als je nog geen formele leidinggevende functie hebt gehad, maar wel klaar bent voor die stap, is dit een rol waar je in kunt doorgroeien.
