Voor onze locatie in Moerdijk zijn we op zoek naar een enthousiaste Operator Allround. In deze veelzijdige, assisterende rol werk je in een 2-ploegendienst en ben je een onmisbare schakel tussen de productie en logistiek. Jij zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat onze processen veilig, efficiënt en soepel verlopen!

Wie ben jij
Jij bent proactief, positief ingesteld en hebt een uitstekende werkethiek. Verder vragen wij:

• MBO werk- en denkniveau.
• Ervaring met het werken in een productieomgeving.
• Een scherp oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid en effectief werken.
• Kennis van SAP en ADR richtlijnen.
• Het is een grote pré als je al in het bezit bent van een heftruckcertificaat en/of BHV-opleiding.
• Je bent flexibel: indien het in het belang van het bedrijf is, ben je bereid om incidenteel op andere tijden te werken.

Wat ga je doen
Als Operator Allround is geen dag hetzelfde. Jouw belangrijkste taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn:

• Het bedienen van de afvulmachine en het aftappen in verschillende soorten emballage.
• Het verzamelen van grondstoffen en emballage (o.a. met de heftruck) om productiestilstand tot een minimum te beperken.
• Het uitvoeren van ondersteunende administratieve handelingen en het bemonsteren van (eind)producten voor kwaliteitscontrole.
• Nauw samenwerken met, en ondersteunen van, het logistieke team
• Proactief signaleren en rapporteren van risico's en verbeterpunten op de werkvloer.
• Deelnemen aan periodiek taakoverleg en toolboxmeetings.
• Zorgdragen voor een nette en veilige werkplek volgens onze strenge richtlijnen (PBZO en QVGM beleid) en het eventueel fungeren als BHV'er bij calamiteiten.

Waar ga je werken
Je standplaats wordt de productielocatie in Moerdijk. Je komt te werken in een professionele, maar toegankelijke omgeving waar veiligheid het absolute uitgangspunt is. In deze functie rapporteer je direct aan de Productiemanager en/of de Senior operator. Je maakt deel uit van een bedrijf dat continu in beweging is en waar je de kans krijgt om echt impact te maken op het efficiënte verloop van de dagelijkse operatie.

Who you are
Our new production employee is crazy about candy. Duh! However, it is more important that you:

• You have your own transportation to travel to 's-Heerenberg
• You either speak Dutch or English
• You are fulltime availble for a long period of time
• You have at least one year of experience as a production employee

What will you do
You will be the powerlifter at Royal Fassin! Moving heavy boxes of candy to pallets will be one of your activities. After that you will prepare these pallets for transportation. Done? Great! As a production employee, you will have loads of career opportunities within Royal Fassin. Do you want to become an operator or rather work all round? There will be endless opportunities for you! Therefore, we are really looking for production employees who want to make use of these career opportunities. Good to know of course for the position of production employee, you will work in 3-shifts. The shift hours will be: 06.00-14.00 / 14.00-22.00 / 22.00-06.00!

Where will you work
Popular Dutch candy such as: Zure matten, veters, kabels and gevulde kabels, that is what Royal Fassin produces for the brand Katja. Maybe you know Royal Fassin for their nickname “The Katjafactory”? Some of the Katja candy is actually prepared in ‘s-Heerenberg! As a production employee you will be welcomed in the family, which has a fun atmosphere! You will have nice colleagues! • You have experience on the reach truck!

what will you do
As a reach truck driver, you are responsible for ensuring the smooth running of warehouse operations. You will use the reach truck to pick orders for customers and ensure new deliveries are neatly stored. As a reach truck driver, you will work in a warehouse with narrow aisles and effortlessly place pallets at great heights.

• You neatly place new items in the correct places on the shelves.
• You collect customer orders.
• You always follow safety regulations.

where will you work
Base Logistics in Moerdijk is a quiet warehouse. There is a good work atmosphere at Base Logistics. It is a smaller warehouse where the team leaders know everyone by name. Base Logistics has enough work all year round. So you are assured of work for a long time! The team leaders speak Dutch, but the working language in the warehouse is English. The warehouse consists of two separate halls that are next to each other. Both halls together process the orders of approximately 30 different customers including Cisco and Wahoo.
