Wie ben jij
Ben jij een gemotiveerde Operator A die op termijn wil doorgroeien naar procesoperator? Je start op de verpakkingsafdeling. Hier werk jij met de nieuwste machines.

• Operator A diploma óf aantoonbare werkervaring
• Ambitie om de Operator B opleiding te volgen

Wat ga je doen
Jij gaat werken op de verpakkingsafdeling met 5 andere operators. Jij gaat aan de slag met:

• Zorgt voor een schone werkomgeving
• Ombouwen van machines
• Verhelpen van kleine storingen

Waar ga je werken
Hier werken zo’n 150 medewerkers aan het maken van droogvoer voor honden en katten. Het bedrijf is onderdeel van Colgate, maar op de werkvloer merk je daar niet veel van. Het is een gezellig en informeel bedrijf waar je altijd met iedereen kunt praten. De meeste medewerkers werken er al jarenlang en zijn erg loyaal aan het bedrijf. Er zijn volop mogelijkheden om door te groeien en nieuwe dingen te leren. Je krijgt hier echt de ruimte om jezelf te ontwikkelen in een fijne werksfeer!

Who you are
To keep the production running, it is important that you meet the following requirements as a production worker:

• You are fulltime available in 3 shifts;
• You speak Dutch or English;
• You don’t mind working in a cold room;
• You have your own transport to Ardo in Zundert.

What will you do
As a production worker at Ardo there are all sorts of departments where you could work. Together we will figure out which department suits you best! For example: the packing machine. You put boxes in the machine and when there’s a minor malfunction you solve it. In another department you’ll turn big pieces of cardboard into packages for the frozen vegetables. 🍌🥬 You as a production worker are responsible for providing the stores with the best vegetables there are, so the customers can enjoy to the fullest! Yummm!

Your working hours are:

• 06u tot 14;30 🕝
• 14:30u tot 23u 🕚
• 23u tot 06u. 🕕

Where will you work
As a production worker you’re going to work at Ardo in Zundert. The company is close to Belgium so you’ll be at the tastiest fries in no time. From Breda or Roosendaal you’ll be in the parking spot within 20 minutes. Live closer? Come by bicycle.

What will you do
As a production worker at Europastry, it is your responsibility to produce the delicious biscuits. 🍩 You will weigh out the right kilos of raw materials for the machine, or add chocolate chips here and there. Of course, the biscuits have to be packed after production. You start packing the biscuits at lightning speed. Just close a box, put it on the conveyor belt and that's it! At the end of your shift, you clean your workplace so that your colleagues in the next shift can start. Is everything going super well? Then you could even advance to the role of operator!

Your workingtimes are:

• 🕑14:00 - 22:00u
• 🌙 22:00 - 06:00u

Where will you work
As a production worker, you will work at Europastry in Steenbergen. Here they make the most delicious biscuits and muffins for MC Donald's, KFC and Lidl. The next time you eat one of these biscuits or muffins, you may have made it yourself! 🧁Furthermore, there is a close and friendly atmosphere on the shop floor at Europastry.
