More specialized work is done in the welding department, where you'll collaborate closely with other departments. For the Sealing & Polymer department, we are looking for an enthusiastic Prep & Finish Operator. You will join a dynamic team where quality, precision, and collaboration are key. Together with your colleagues, you ensure that products are carefully prepared and finished, meeting the highest quality standards.

As a Prep & Finish Operator, you are responsible for various activities within the production process. During the prep phase, you clean metal parts using special fluids, sandblast components to optimally prepare the surface, clean them again, and apply a primer. During the finish phase, you use ice blasting to complete the final treatment of the products before they move on to the next stage of the process. You work accurately according to established quality guidelines and, together with your colleagues, ensure that every product is delivered in perfect condition.

You will work a fixed schedule from Monday to Friday during day shifts, from 07:30 to 16:00 or from 08:00 to 16:30. For this position, it is important that you are physically fit and comfortable handling products weighing up to approximately 30 kilograms. In addition, you work carefully, have technical insight, and have a good command of the Dutch and/or English language.

• Building: Independently assembling parts and processing materials using (sawing) machines and hand tools.
• Quality Control: Reading complex technical drawings and strictly monitoring exact dimensions.
• Safety: Safely operating production machinery and strictly adhering to dress codes (PPEs).
