Bedrijfsomschrijving Je komt te werken bij een gespecialiseerd bedrijf in Assen dat zich richt op het bouwen, inrichten en onderhouden van bedrijfsvoertuigen. Met een team van ongeveer 30 collega's wordt dagelijks gewerkt aan hoogwaardige maatwerkoplossingen voor klanten uit verschillende sectoren. De werksfeer is informeel, de lijnen zijn kort en er is volop ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Wij nodigen onder meer kandidaten uit Assen, Groningen, Hoogezand, Veendam en Stadskanaal van harte uit om te solliciteren. Voor onze opdrachtgever in Assen zijn wij op zoek naar een Mechatronisch Monteur. In deze afwisselende functie zorg je ervoor dat bedrijfswagens worden voorzien van de nieuwste elektronica en accessoires. Geen voertuig is hetzelfde, waardoor je iedere dag met een nieuwe technische uitdaging aan de slag gaat. Samen met je collega's maak je bedrijfswagens volledig gereed volgens de wensen van de klant. Je werkt nauwkeurig, denkt mee over technische oplossingen en levert kwaliteit af waar je trots op kunt zijn. Jij hebt in deze functie de volgende verantwoordelijkheden: Inbouwen en aansluiten van elektronica, zoals flitslampen, zwaailampen, camera's en blackboxsystemen; Installeren van omvormers, extra verlichting en communicatie- en volgsystemen; Aansluiten van autolaadkranen en diverse hydraulische en elektronische systemen; Aanleggen en wegwerken van bekabeling in 12V- en 24V-boordnetwerken; Testen en controleren van de installaties; Meedenken over verbeteringen binnen de werkplaats en technische processen. Functie-eisenAls persoon ben jij technisch aangelegd, nauwkeurig en leergierig. Je werkt graag samen met collega's en krijgt energie van het oplossen van technische vraagstukken. Daarnaast herken jij jezelf in het volgende: Je hebt een technische opleiding afgerond, bijvoorbeeld in de richting van Mechatronica, Elektrotechniek of Voertuigtechniek; Je hebt affiniteit met auto-elektronica en elektrotechniek; Ervaring met het inbouwen van elektronica, verlichting of accessoires is mooi meegenomen; Je kunt technische tekeningen lezen of bent bereid dit te leren; Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal goed. Heb je nog geen ervaring, maar wel een technische achtergrond en de motivatie om het vak te leren? Ook dan nodigen we je van harte uit om te solliciteren. ArbeidsvoorwaardenHet betreft een fulltime functie van 40 uur per week in de dagdienst. Daarnaast kun je rekenen op: Een bruto uurloon tussen €16,00 en €20,00, afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring; Salaris conform de CAO Metaal & Techniek; 25 vakantiedagen, 5,5 ATV-dagen en 8% vakantiegeld (bij een fulltime dienstverband); Pensioenopbouw vanaf je eerste werkdag; Mogelijkheden om opleidingen en trainingen te volgen; Een informele werkomgeving met gezellige collega's; Een baan voor de lange termijn met uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.
