Over de functie

Je werkt aan de machines, installaties en het gebouw van CoreDux. Het ene moment analyseer je een storing, het volgende moment bereid je het onderhoud van volgende week voor. Je kijkt verder dan het probleem van vandaag: wat gaat er over een maand stuk als je er nu niets aan doet?

Een deel van het specialistische onderhoud doen externe partijen. Jij bent hun technische aanspreekpunt binnen CoreDux. Je bereidt het werk voor, begeleidt de externe monteurs op locatie en houdt de voortgang in de gaten.

Je taken:

• Je analyseert storingen en verhelpt ze zelf, of regelt dat het gebeurt.
• Je voert preventief en correctief onderhoud uit aan machines en installaties.
• Je realiseert technische aanpassingen.
• Je bereidt onderhoudswerk voor, plant het in en volgt het op.
• Je stemt de planning af met de productie en stelt prioriteiten op basis van urgentie.
• Je ontvangt en begeleidt externe monteurs en leveranciers.
• Je pakt kleinere reparaties aan het gebouw en terrein op, en legt vast wat klaar is en wat nog openstaat.

Wie ben jij?

Must-haves

• Je hebt een technische opleiding en affiniteit met mechanisch onderhoud.
• Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als monteur of onderhoudstechnicus.
• Je hebt ervaring met het oplossen van storingen aan machines en installaties.
• Je werkt volgens de geldende arbo-, milieu- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften.
• Je toont initiatief

Nice-to-haves

• Je hebt ervaring met werkvoorbereiding en onderhoudsplanning.
• Je hebt eerder externe monteurs of leveranciers op locatie begeleid.

what will you do
As an technical mechanic, you are a crucial part of the technical department. You are in charge of the machine park and all technical installations. This means you will deal with a wide range of tasks, so your knowledge will constantly grow.

• Analyze, locate, and fix faults in installations and process equipment;
• Perform technical modifications and repairs on machines and installations;
• Execute conversion and adjustments;
• Conduct (scheduled) preventive maintenance;
• Register and document all work performed.

Your day is fast-paced and varied, balancing 60% assembly time with 40% rigorous testing. You enjoy maintaining a tidy, high-tech workspace where your precision directly impacts the final product.

• Assemble and adjust complex (sub) modules
• Test products using specialized equipment
• Perform leak and High Voltage testing
• Clean delicate high-tech surfaces
• Solve technical problems during assembly
• Update logbooks and documentation in SAP
• Improve safety and cycle time processes
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team
