Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

• Verwerken en bevestigen van binnenkomende orders in het ERP-systeem (MKG);

• Bewaken van orders en klanten proactief informeren over levertijden, wijzigingen en spoedaanvragen;

• Offerteaanvragen doorzetten naar de werkvoorbereider of calculator en deze vervolgens terugkoppelen aan de klant;

• Inkopen van materialen die bij orders horen;

• Verzorgen van de facturatie;

• Behandelen van klachten en zoeken naar passende oplossingen;

• Inkopen van algemene kantoorbenodigdheden;

• Uitpakken en controleren van binnenkomende goederen op aantallen en eventuele beschadigingen;

• Wekelijks afstemmen met de werkvoorbereider, planner en calculator.

As our new Inbound Logistics Associate, your main mission is to welcome all the beautiful Søstrene Grene goods into our warehouse!
