who are you
You always strive for perfect customer service. You have great communication skills and are able to communicate fluently in Italian and English. You always have your eyes on the result and you are stress resistant.

  • Experience in customer service or a similar position is an advantage;
  • A healthy dose of human knowledge and excellent communication skills, both spoken and written;
  • Fluent level of the Italian and English language, both written and oral;
  • The ability to remain calm in difficult customer situations;
  • Empathy and a genuine passion to help the customer as best as possible;
  • An eye for detail.

what will you do
The Customer Service department serves all customers and prospective customers by handling all complaints for the entire range of Mercedes-Benz vehicles. All complaints are handled by telephone or e-mail. You are responsible for after-sales service issues, product topics and general company related inquiries. As a Customer Service Representative you are the most important interface between the customer and the Mercedes-Benz organization. You ensure that customer concerns and queries are dealt with adequately, manage our services to customers and transfer product knowledge. The opening times of the department are form 8:00 until 20:00.

  • Main point of contact for customers for complaints and problems and handle them with a fast and professional response. The support is provided through various channels;
  • Activities related to information security, information management and privacy assurance;
  • Accurate recording of customer interactions, including complaints, solutions provided and feedback;
  • A proactive approach to further developing knowledge and skills to offer the customer the best possible solution;
  • Answering inbound calls from customers and calling outbound to follow up with the customer.

The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center has years of experience and a strong focus on customer focus. This gives Mercedes-Benz the know-how to manage and develop global customer contact centers worldwide. The Mercedes-Benz Customer Service Center is part of the Mercedes-Benz Global Customer Service & Parts Division and works closely with other departments and divisions to create the best customer experience.
