what will you do
The Dealer Parts Support team of Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center takes care of various logistical issues regarding the delivery of car parts. Issues can occur on a daily basis. Transportation, production or administration issues can happen frequently.

In the DPS team you take care of these issues by finding the best and most fitting solution. For these activities it is important that you keep all parties up to date and work with your colleagues to find the solution. There is no specific additional knowledge required. Everything you need to know to do your job properly will be learned in training and on the job!

The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center has years of experience and a strong focus on customer focus. This gives Mercedes-Benz the know-how to manage and develop global customer contact centers worldwide. The Mercedes-Benz Customer Assistance Center is part of the Mercedes-Benz Global Customer Service & Parts Division and works closely with other departments and divisions to create the best customer experience. You will work at the Customer Assistance Center in Maastricht, close to the Maas and the center of Maastricht. From the train station it is less than a 1.5 km walk and also very easily accessible by public transport or bike. There is also free parking on site. And don't forget a cozy company canteen and an on-site barista!

who are you
As an operator at the DLMS department you meet the following requirements:

  • You speak english well;
  • You are available full time for a 5 shift schedule;
  • You live in the Netherlands and have your own accommodation;
  • You are physically fit and capable of handling heavy materials safely.

what will you do
At the DMLS department, you will work with 3D printing technology. We print high-quality metal components for MRI and X-ray systems using tungsten powder. As an operator, you are in charge of the whole process. You will manage the production from start to finish.

  • You follow four specific process steps to print the components.
  • You measure and monitor the quality of the products.
  • You act proactively if challenges arise.
  • You document all administrative tasks accurately.
  • You ensure products are packed carefully after inspection.

where will you work
You will be working at Philips Healthcare in Best. This site develops, produces, and sells systems for medical applications. You will be assigned a mentor who will guide you during your first two months. As an operator, you are a vital part of our success. You help deliver life-saving medical systems to hospitals worldwide.

Because this is a high-volume environment, you work in a team of 2 to 3 people per shift. You plan your work to ensure every product moves one step further in the process. The work can be physically demanding due to the weight of the tungsten powder.
