Jij bent een analytische probleemoplosser die graag met data werkt om processen te verbeteren. Je bent discreet, accuraat en gedijt goed in een dynamische omgeving.

• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands
• Je spreekt vloeiend Engels
• Je hebt een afgeronde Bachelor of Master opleiding
• Je bezit 1 tot 3 jaar relevante werkervaring
• Je hebt sterke Excel-vaardigheden

wat ga je doen
Jouw dag als HR Analyst begint met een kop koffie terwijl je de people-data van onze site in Elst analyseert. Je werkt nauw samen met het HR-team en de Finance-afdeling om trends te signaleren en de budgetten scherp te bewaken. Samen zorgen we voor een soepele uitvoering van alle HR-processen. Als HR Analyst ben je de onmisbare schakel in onze organisatie!

• Analyseren van HR-data en trends
• Beheren en monitoren van het personeelsbudget
• Ondersteunen bij performance management
• Begeleiden van HR-projecten en -initiatieven
• Adviseren van lijnmanagement bij HR-vraagstukken
• Beheren van employee data conform GDPR
• Ondersteunen bij communicatie en change projecten

waar ga je werken
In Nederland zijn we trots op onze vier locaties: het hoofdkantoor in Amsterdam, het R&D centrum in Nijmegen, en op de fabrieken in Utrecht en Elst.

In Amsterdam zit het hoofdkantoor voor Europa. In het R&D Centrum in Nijmegen worden nieuwe producten bedacht en getest. Deze producten worden dan geproduceerd in fabrieken over de hele wereld, waaronder in Elst en Utrecht.

Over de vacature

As a Global Process Delivery Analyst for Nike, you will be the backbone of the core HR operations at the EMEA Headquarters in Hilversum. In this full-time role, you will ensure that the employee lifecycle runs smoothly and that crucial HR data is accurate, compliant and maintained to the highest standard. You will act as the go-to problem solver for HR systems, directly impacting the teammate experience across the entire EMEA region.

• System savvy: You have a strong aptitude for HR systems, specifically Workday and ServiceNow (SNOW), and easily learn new technologies.

• Curious problem-solver: You use critical thinking to investigate issues independently and proactively suggest tech, AI or automation improvements.
• Adaptable communicator: You thrive in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent, clear customer service to stakeholders and employees across EMEA.

what will you do
In the EMEA Global Process Delivery (GPD) team, you are responsible for executing and monitoring employee lifecycle events. You will make sure that data for downstream systems (like payroll, mobility and benefits) is completely accurate while answering questions from employees and managers. You will also look for smart ways to automate and improve these processes.

• Execute HR transactions: Process routine lifecycle events, including new hires, onboarding, contract administration, compensation changes and leave administration.
• Manage systems: Accurately complete and monitor daily tasks and tickets within Workday and ServiceNow.
• Support stakeholders: Deliver service excellence by responding to inquiries from employees, managers and other HR teams in a timely and professional manner
• Audit & troubleshoot: Support data audits, investigate discrepancies, apply critical thinking to resolve issues and maintain data integrity.
• Collaborate on projects: Participate in broader HR operational initiatives, such as year-end activities, organizational transformations, policy changes and store openings or closures.

where will you work
You will be based at Nike's inspiring European Headquarters (EHQ) in Hilversum, a dynamic campus that reflects the values of the brand. Nike offers a hybrid working model (3 days in the office, 2 days from home).
