Ben jij de verbindende schakel die ervoor zorgt dat de processen soepel verlopen? Onze opdrachtgever is al ruim 40 jaar ontwikkelaar, fabrikant en monteur van kwaliteitsproducten die je huis helemaal af maken. Kunststof en aluminium kozijnen vallen onder hun specialisme, maar daar blijft het niet bij. Ook voor serres, zonweringen, deuren en glazen wanden kun je bij onze opdrachtgever terecht voor het beste advies tot aan de montage. Om ervoor te zorgen dat de kozijnen van de beste kwaliteit zijn, is onze opdrachtgever op zoek naar een hoofd werkvoorbereider. In deze functie stuur je een team werkvoorbereiders aan en werkt daarnaast ook zelf mee in de werkvoorbereiding. Goed voorbeeld doet goed leiden is zeker op jou van toepassing. Jij speelt een cruciale rol in het vertalen van projectplannen naar uitvoerbare acties, waarbij je het overzicht behoudt, maar ook de details scherp in de gaten houdt. De dagelijkse begeleiding van je team ligt in jouw handen en je weet ze stuk voor stuk te motiveren. Met jouw planning skills plan je de werkvoorbereiding zo dat aan het einde van de dag alle opdrachten af zijn en weet prioriteiten te stellen. Je coördineert en verwerkt orders in het ERP systeem. Je bepaalt de juiste profilering, samenstelling en werkt bijzondere detaillering uit. Toetsen van producten aan de toepassingseisen. Je bestelt materialen zodat jullie nooit zonder zitten en bepaalt de voorlopige levertijden. Je bewaakt de voortgang qua planning van werkvoorbereiding. Uitgewerkte orders draag je over aan de productieplanning. Je stuurt je team aan op basis van de output en performance. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt voor het team werkvoorbereiding.

Who you are
When you start your job as a production worker at Leerdammer, it is important that you meet the following requirements:

• You are available for at least 2 days per week in two or three shifts: 06:00 - 14:00 and/or 14:00 - 22:00 and/or 22:00 - 06:00
• You are physically fit! You can lift cheeses weighing 13 kilos.
• You speak Dutch or English

What will you do
Together with your fun colleagues, you will ensure that cheese production runs smoothly. During your job as a production worker, you will make sure that all the cheeses get onto the conveyor belt. You will be lifting throughout the day, handling cheeses of about 13 kilos. You'll definitely need to put your muscles to work here! Of course, you also have other tasks as a production worker. You might also need to package the cheeses and keep a close eye on the process. There you go, now the cheeses are ready to head to the supermarkets!
