Je werkdag start in de ochtend op de locatie waar de eerste werkzaamheden verricht moeten worden, welke werkzaamheden dat kunnen zijn kun je hieronder lezen. Onze opdrachtgever voert namelijk veel onderhoudswerk uit voor instanties die vastgoed beheren. Dit kunnen woningbouwverenigingen en woningstichtingen zijn, maar ook particuliere vastgoedbeheerders. In een bedrijf bus die volledig is uitgerust met goed functionerend hand- en elektrisch gereedschap trek je erop uit om verschillende problemen op te lossen. Het komt dus ook vaak voor dat je verschillende adressen aan doet op één werkdag. Een greep uit de werkzaamheden vind je hieronder:

• Het vervangen en afhangen van binnendeuren
• Het aftimmeren van koven in een (nieuwe) keuken
• Het vervangen van hang- en sluitwerk van binnen/buitendeuren
• Het helpen plaatsen van kunststof kozijnen ter vervanging van houten kozijnen
• Aftimmerwerkzaamheden ten behoeve van andere uitgevoerde werkzaamheden

Wat wij vragen

• Completed technical education (MBO level 4) in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or a similar field
• At least 5 years of experience as a maintenance or troubleshooting technician, preferably in the food industry
• Strong electrical knowledge and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical faults effectively
• Proven experience in training and supporting colleagues
• Hands-on mindset with a proactive attitude toward challenges and improvement projects
• Good command of Dutch (spoken and written); additional languages such as English are an advantage
