Als toekomstig elektromonteur draag je bij aan het installeren, onderhouden en repareren van elektrotechnische systemen. In ons BBL-traject leer je niet alleen de theorie, maar pas je deze direct toe in de praktijk. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren vakmensen en ontwikkelt je technische vaardigheden terwijl je erkende certificaten behaalt. Dit is jouw kans om een solide basis te leggen voor een carrière in de elektrotechniek.

Wat je gaat doen:

• Installeren: aansluiten en configureren van elektrotechnische systemen bij klanten.
• Onderhoud: uitvoeren van preventief onderhoud aan bestaande installaties.
• Storingen oplossen: analyseren en verhelpen van technische problemen samen met collega’s.
• Werken met apparatuur: gebruik van moderne meet- en testinstrumenten om systemen te controleren.
• Leren: samenwerken met ervaren specialisten en deelnemen aan praktijkgerichte trainingen.

Over de vacature

Als procesoperator ben je dagelijks verantwoordelijk voor het veilig en continu laten draaien van productieprocessen voor methylamines en afgeleiden. Je werkt in een kort roterend volcontinu vierploegensysteem waarbij je installaties en toestellen op locatie controleert en preventieve controles uitvoert. Je start als veldoperator en doorloopt een gestructureerd on-the-job opleidingsprogramma, aangevuld met externe training in procestechnologie, met zicht op doorgroei naar beeldschermoperator. Veiligheid en milieu staan centraal: je past normen toe, werkt samen in een team en kunt deel uitmaken van het interne brandweerkorps. Deze rol biedt veel ruimte om te leren, verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en je technisch verder te ontwikkelen.

Functie-inhoud

• Je zorgt voor het continu en veilig draaien van de productieprocessen voor methylamines en afgeleiden, volgens geldende procedures.
• Je werkt in een kort roterend volcontinu vierploegensysteem en draagt direct bij aan een betrouwbare productiecontinuïteit.
• Je controleert installaties en apparaten op locatie, voert preventieve controles uit en meldt afwijkingen volgens rapportageprocedures.
• Je volgt een intern on-the-job opleidingsprogramma en groeit door van veldoperator naar beeldschermoperator; deelname aan brandweerteam is mogelijk.

Functie-eisen

• Je hebt een opleidingsachtergrond in chemie, mechanica, elektriciteit of electromechanica (duaal, TSO of professionele bachelor).
• Je bent leergierig, flexibel en bereid om scholing te volgen om door te groeien binnen procestechnologie.
• Je werkt veilig en milieubewust, past normen toe en houdt het hoofd koel in drukke of stressvolle situaties.
• Je bent een teamspeler met initiatief, hebt geen hoogtevrees en staat open voor deelname aan het interne brandweerkorps.

What will you be doing as a service technician?
As a Service Technician Automation you are co-responsible for the proper functioning of the automated warehouse system. Where necessary, you will repair the installation, but you are also responsible for preventive and curative mechanical maintenance and solving electrical and mechanical failures. Reporting malfunction analyses and following up on the safety plan are also part of your duties. Because of the close cooperation within the team, there is the possibility to tune, but you can also work independently. In short: a challenging role in which you are involved daily with the latest technology, where you can learn a lot!
