Als a production worker, you meet the following requirements:

• You speak English.
• You are available to work Monday through Sunday.
• You are available for a 5-shift rotation: morning shift (07:00 - 15:30), afternoon shift (15:00 - 23:30), and night shift (23:00 - 07:30).
• You are capable of performing physically demanding work, including standing, walking, and lifting above shoulder height.

what will you do
As a Production worker in the dipping department, you are at the very beginning of the entire process. You will be responsible for pulling prostheses over molds, which are then dipped into various chemical fluids. Because you place these molds into racks, you will regularly lift above shoulder height. This full-time position operates on a fixed 5-shift schedule: you work two early shifts (07:00–15:30), two late shifts (15:00–23:30), and finish with two night shifts (23:00–07:30). After these six workdays, you will have four consecutive days off.

• Pulling/stretching prostheses over the molds;
• Hanging molds onto the racks;
• Placing the racks into the chemical processing room;
• Operating the robot for the dipping process;
• Maintaining records/documentation in accordance with strict GMP guidelines.

Als productiemedewerker voldoe je aan de volgende vereisten:

• Je kunt Engels spreken.
• Je bent beschikbaar van maandag tot met zondag.
• Je bent beschikbaar om in 5 ploegen te werken, de ochtendploeg 07:00 - 15:30, avondploeg 15:00 - 23:30 en nachtploeg 23:00-7:30 uur.
• Je bent in staat fysiek werk te verrichten, boven je macht tillen, staan en lopen.

wat ga je doen
Als productiemedewerker op de afdeling dipping sta je aan de basis van het hele proces. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het over mallen trekken van protheses, zodat ze daarna in verschillende chemische vloeistoffen gedoopt kunnen worden. Omdat je deze mallen in stellingen plaatst, til je geregeld boven schouderhoogte. Deze fulltime baan is in een 5-ploegendienst met een vast ritme: je werkt twee vroege diensten (07:00-15:30), twee late diensten (15:00-23:30) en sluit af met twee nachtdiensten (23:00-07:30). Na deze zes werkdagen ben je telkens vier dagen vrij.

• Protheses over de mallen trekken;
• Mallen ophangen in de rekken;
• Rekken in de ruimte met chemicaliën plaatsen;
• Besturen van de robot voor het dipping-proces;
• Bijhouden van administratie volgens strenge GMP-richtlijnen.

Je hebt geen eerdere ervaring nodig om als productiemedewerker bij Johnson & Johnson te starten. Wel is het belangrijk dat je gemotiveerd bent om ervaring op te doen in een productie omgeving. Je hebt een positieve instelling, communiceert vlot en houdt van fysiek werkzaamheden. Lees hieronder wat we van je vragen.

• Je kunt Engelstalig instructies lezen en opvolgen;
• Je bent de eerste 3 weken fulltime (of 4 dagen) beschikbaar voor een uitgebreid inwerktraject. Daarna 1 tot 3 dagen in de week.
• Je bent beschikbaar om deze zomer te werken in twee ploegen rooster (ochtend: 6:30 - 14:45, avond: 14:30 - 23:00) van maandag tot en met zondag.
• Je bent in staat fysiek werk te verrichten en reizen naar Leiden.

wat ga je doen
Voor de zomer is productie verhoogd en jouw inzet is enorm waardevol! Op de afdeling Dipping, helemaal aan het begin van ons productieproces. Jij bent de onmisbare ondersteuning die bijspringt wanneer vaste collega's bijvoorbeeld op vakantie zijn. In deze rol combineer je fysieke basishandelingen met moderne techniek. Je zorgt ervoor dat medische protheses nauwkeurig worden voorbereid, door geautomatiseerde chemische baden gaan en correct worden geregistreerd in onze systemen. Een afwisselende functie met veel verantwoordelijkheid!

• Het zorgvuldig over de mallen trekken van de medische protheses.
• Ophangen van de productiemallen in rekken en deze in de chemische ruimte plaatsen.
• Aansturen, controleren en bedienen van de high-tech robot voor het dipping process.
• Zorgdragen voor een foutloze administratie en procesregistratie volgens GMP richtlijnen.

what will you do

You'll make sure medical prostheses are prepared accurately, processed through automated chemical baths, and registered correctly in our systems.

• Carefully pull medical prostheses over the manufacturing molds.
• Hang the production molds into racks and transfer them into the chemical processing room.
• Control, monitor, and operate the high-tech robot used for the dipping process.
• Maintain flawless administrative and process records according to strict GMP quality guidelines.
• Ensure all physical tasks are handled precisely while keeping close track of the process registration.
