You work neatly and maintain a good overview of your tasks. Also:

• You have previous experience working in a production environment.
• As a Coating Operator, you take responsibility for the process and the final quality.
• You are able to work well both independently and in a team.
• You speak English or Dutch.
• You are physically fit and able to perform heavy work.

As a Coating Operator, you are part of a very diverse team. You will work on impressive projects such as Hong Kong International Airport or the UPS World Gateways in Veghel. Every piece must look perfect! You ensure that every product becomes a masterpiece for our international customers. Thanks to specialized spraying techniques, you provide the products with a "new jacket." This coating acts as a protective layer, making the products resistant to various influences.

• You  assemble and disassemble spraying equipment for color changes according to customer wishes.
• You check the coating thickness yourself and always work with extreme accuracy.
• You operate and monitor various powder coating processes.
• You manually spray products when necessary to ensure a perfect finish.
• You hang products on the line and remove them in the correct order.

Do you enjoy working with metal and machinery? Or do you have experience in welding, bending, coating, or machining? If so, we would love to get in touch with you! We are looking for skilled professionals with technical expertise who aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves for Vanderlande in Veghel. We have immediate openings for motivated colleagues across various departments.

• Salary based on experience between 16,50 - 22,00
• Fulltime job for at least 32 hours

You are technically proficient, skilled in reading technical drawings, and have experience with metal assembly. You are physically fit, capable of working accurately under pressure, and possess a strong commitment to quality. You can independently interpret technical blueprints and understand material properties (such as springback and sheet thickness).

• Coating & Spray Paint Assistant: Preparing and coating products, ensuring a high-quality finish, and supporting daily operations in the paint shop.
• Press Brake / CNC Folding Operator: Operating machinery to accurately shape sheet metal based on technical drawings.
• Welder & Fabricator: Assembling metal constructions independently or as part of a team using your welding expertise.
• Turner & Bench Fitter: Precision-machining of components to the millimeter to ensure a high-quality end product.
