who are you
You are someone who is not only detail-oriented but also a proactive thinker. You switch effortlessly between different systems and speak fluent English (you can speak Dutch).

Additionally, you recognize yourself in the following:

• You have a completed Bachelor or Master (HBO/WO)
• You speak and write fluent English
• You have some experience in customer service or a similar commercial environment
• You are proactive, think in solutions, and enjoy working accurately

what will you do
In this role, you are the crucial link between the organization, partners, and customers. It is a versatile customer service role where you ensure the entire licensing process is handled perfectly.

Your responsibilities:

• Customer contact & advice: you are the point of contact for customers in your region for questions about licenses, contract terms, and rates
• Collaboration: you forward inquiries to the correct internal teams and work with partners to finalize deals
• Contract management: you ensure licenses are renewed on time and work with partners to finalize deals
• Reporting: you create reports and analyses on the progress of renewals in your region
• Sales support: you support the sales team with the correct customer information and market data

You will be working in a dynamic, international organization that is constantly evolving. You will be part of a team that collaborates closely with departments like Legal, Finance, and Product Management. The company is an expert in publishing.
