who are you
To keep the warehouse running smoothly, as a warehouse employee, it’s important that you meet the following requirements:

• you are 18 years or older;
• you are willing to work in Zwolle;
• you have your own transportation to get to work on time;
• you speak Dutch or English;
• you are available for at least 3 months;
• you are available for a minimum of 16 hours per week;
• you are available to work at least one weekend day on 3 out of 4 weekends each month.

what will you do
As a warehouse employee, you carefully collect customers’ groceries in the distribution center. You'll be on your feet all day, on average, you’ll walk about 15 kilometers per shift! You’ll also regularly lift crates weighing up to 20 kilos. No need for the gym after a day at work! You’ll occasionally be working in our chilled area, which is around 4 degrees Celsius. But don’t worry, we provide warm gloves and a hat to keep you comfortable. This way, you stay active and warm!

Working hours 🕒:
Monday to Sunday: shifts from 06:00–15:00 & 15:00–00:00
On weekdays, we also offer “student shifts” from 18:00–00:00

where will you work
You’ll be working in a large, modern distribution center with a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. The team is international and made up of people from different ages and backgrounds. While hard work is part of the job, there’s always room for fun and connection. You’ll also enjoy free hot meals every day, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Fun events are regularly organized, including an annual summer party.

• You will receive an extra market allowance of €1,00 per hour on top of your base salary through December 2026! This brings your pay up to €17,19 gross per hour (including holiday allowance).

Together with your team, you will sort and scan every package. The parcels will reach the customers on time with your help. Because the shifts are 5.5 hours, you stay energized and the time flies by. • Night shift: Tuesday until Saturday from 2 am to 7:30 am
• Afternoon shifts: Monday until Friday from 4 pm to 9:30 pm

You will be working at DPD's pleasant logistics center in Meppel. Here, you will work in an international team where the atmosphere always scores a solid 8+!
