Handig, leergierig en klaar voor iets nieuws? Als Productiemedewerker in Haps leer je kunststof lassen in de praktijk. Ervaring is niet nodig, motivatie en interesse wel. Je werkt in dagdienst en verdient tot € 17,61 bruto per uur.
Over de functie

Je hoeft nog geen ervaren lasser te zijn om hier te starten. Als Productiemedewerker leer je in de praktijk hoe je kunststof onderdelen bewerkt, samenstelt en aan elkaar last. Je werkt met duidelijke instructies en wordt stap voor stap meegenomen in het vak.

Je begint met de basis en krijgt steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid. Zo leer je werken met eenvoudige technische tekeningen, controleer je jouw werk op kwaliteit en denk je mee over hoe het productieproces beter kan.

Geen dag is precies hetzelfde: je werkt aan verschillende kunststof producten en onderdelen en ziet jouw werk uiteindelijk terug in complete maatwerkoplossingen.

Je werkt als Productiemedewerker van maandag tot en met vrijdag in dagdienst, meestal tussen 07:30 en 16:30 uur. De exacte werktijden zijn in overleg bespreekbaar.

About the job

As a Production Worker, you help make metal products. You will start with simple tasks and learn the production process step by step. Together with your colleagues, you make sure the products are made correctly and meet the required quality standards.

Your responsibilities include:

• Loading and unloading products at the machines;

• Performing simple finishing work;
• Reporting problems or defects in the production process;

You will work full-time in a 3-shift system from Monday to Friday. On the Friday there are slighty different times so your weekend start a bit earlier!

Je gaat aan de slag bij een toonaangevend productiebedrijf in Uden dat gespecialiseerd is in het bewerken en beschermen van metalen onderdelen.

Het bedrijf werkt vanuit een moderne productielocatie en beschikt over verschillende technische productiemachines en productielijnen.

Het productieteam bestaat uit ongeveer 10 medewerkers. Per ploeg werk je doorgaans samen met 2 tot 3 collega's. Binnen het bedrijf staan samenwerking, verantwoordelijkheid, veiligheid en kwaliteit centraal.

Je werkt van maandag tot en met vrijdag in een 3-ploegendienst:

• 06:00 tot 14:00 uur;
• 14:00 tot 22:00 uur;
• 22:00 tot 06:00 uur.

Wie ben je?

Wat vragen wij?

Voor deze functie zoeken wij iemand die technisch inzicht heeft en zelfstandig kan werken.

Daarnaast beschik je over:

• VMBO-werk- en denkniveau of minimaal MBO niveau 2;
• Ervaring binnen een productieomgeving of als operator;
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal;
• Bereidheid om in een 3-ploegendienst te werken;

Wat mag je verwachten?

Naast een afwisselende fulltime functie binnen een technisch productiebedrijf kun je rekenen op:

• Een fulltime baan in een 3-ploegendienst;
• Een startsalaris van €2.857,- bruto per maand exclusief ploegentoeslag;
• 15% ploegentoeslag;
• 25 vakantiedagen;
• 8,33% vakantiegeld;
• Pensioenopbouw;
• Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,23 per kilometer;
• De mogelijkheid om kosteloos je heftruckcertificaat en BHV-certificaat te behalen wanneer je deze nog niet hebt;
• Een functie met verantwoordelijkheid en mogelijkheden om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen binnen het productieproces.
