Voor een innovatief en modern productiebedrijf in Lochem zoeken wij een CNC-operator in de verspaning, die graag met de meest geavanceerde machines werkt en oog voor detail heeft. Wat ga je allemaal doen?

Als CNC operator maak jij deel uit van de verspanende afdeling en houd jij je bezig met het vervaardigen van diverse onderdelen met behulp van de CNC gestuurde bewerkingsmachines. De werkzaamheden bestaan uit het zelfstandig instellen, bedienen en controleren van CNC-machines voor de productie van precisieonderdelen. Daarnaast wordt van de operator verwacht dat hij/zij meedenkt over procesverbeteringen en kwaliteitsoptimalisatie. Zelfstandig werken staat centraal, echter heb je altijd een team van vakkundige collega's om je heen. Het bevat een uitdagende en afwisselende baan, waarbij verwacht wordt dat je verantwoordelijkheid kunt nemen.

Als CNC operator kom je te werken in een hoogwaardig bedrijf met een zeer geavanceerd machinepark binnen de metaalindustrie. Het gaat om een toonaangevend en internationaal opererend technologiebedrijf gevestigd in Lochem (Gelderland). Het bedrijf ontwikkelt en produceert hoogwaardige gereedschappen en klemsystemen voor kantpersen, en is wereldwijd actief in de plaatbewerkingsindustrie. Denk aan klanten in de luchtvaart, machinebouw, automotive en andere high-tech sectoren.

Jij maakt onderdeel uit van de verspanende afdeling waarbij je komt te werken met de meest moderne draai- en freesmachines. Wil jij jezelf blijven uitdagen en ontwikkelen? Help light up our roads! As an operator, you will manufacture lighting poles while working a two-shift schedule. You will operate machinery, prepare products for shipment, and work safely alongside your team. You’ll earn an excellent wage of €17.84 per hour, plus a 17% shift allowance. who are you
To keep production running, it is important that you, as an operator, meet the following requirements:

• You speak Dutch or English
• You are willing to work in Drunen
• You are available full-time in two shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM and 3:30 PM - 12:00 AM)
• You can use your own transportation to get to work
• You have demonstrable experience as an operator

what will you do
As an operator, you're the driving force behind the production process of our lighting towers. No two days are the same: one day you'll be operating various machines with precision, the next you'll be ensuring the finished towers are neatly and safely packaged and ready for shipment. You're a true team player, helping out with other teams when needed, ensuring production always runs smoothly. Safety and quality are your top priorities; you feel fully responsible for a clean, safe, and organized workplace.

• You will operate and monitor various machines for the high-quality production of lighting poles
• You will be responsible for the entire process, from manufacturing to carefully packaging and preparing the poles for shipment
• You will maintain order and cleanliness on the work floor and actively contribute to a safe and environmentally conscious work environment
