Als Formulemanager ontwikkel, bewaak en vernieuw je de winkelformule in al onze winkels. Je vertaalt klantinzichten en doelen naar concrete aanpassingen, die je mogelijk eerst test in een pilot op de vloer. Denk aan een nieuwe routing met als doel hogere conversie. Of het toevoegen van een servicepunt met NPS-meting waarbij het doel is een kortere wachttijd. Je stelt spelregels op voor winkelontwerp met modulaire elementen en beoordeelt uitzonderingen. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het inrichten, opstellen en bijhouden van het formulehandboek. Je werkt binnen het team Store Real Estate & Expansion voor Nederland, België en Duitsland. Je werkt intensief samen met onder andere Store Operations, Marketing en IT. En: je vindt het geen probleem met regelmaat de winkels te bezoeken.Wat doe je als Formulemanager bij Coolblue? Als Formulemanager zorg je dat ons winkelconcept overal hetzelfde voelt. Je ontwikkelt en verbetert de winkelformule, van layout tot services. Je zet data om in heldere keuzes en test die slim in pilots. Je borgt de uitvoering van de formule uitgangspunten. Je werkt samen met veel teams en houdt de lijnen kort. Zo maak je onze winkels elke dag een beetje beter. Dit vind je leuk om te doen Formule-innovaties starten en slim prioriteren op waarde.Pilots draaien in winkels en besluiten op basis van data.Spelregels maken voor winkelontwerp en die bijhouden.Afstemmen met Stores MT en Directie over spelregels en keuzes.Feedback ophalen in winkels en helder communiceren.Kansen spotten in klant- en verkoopdata, en die verzilveren. We are currently searching for an enthusiastic intern to study metabolic pathways in plasmid production, within the Advanced Therapies API Process Development department, part of Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Leiden. This team consists of ~25 employees with background(s) in bioprocess design, biochemistry and molecular biology.

who are you
We are looking for a proactive individual whom is looking to develop their skills in problem solving, experimental/analytical data and building hands on experience with offline analytics.

• • Master student in biotechnology, bioprocess development, biochemistry, or a similar study
• • Affinity with metabolic analysis for bioreactor cell cultivation
• • You are available for a minimum of 6 months and 40 hours per week
• • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Flexibility to adapt to changing business and project needs

what will you do
A thorough understanding of cellular metabolism forms the basis for designing robust and scalable upstream biotechnological processes. Metabolic analysis explains cellular responses to varying process conditions. By understanding the interplay between the formation of (by)products and the physiological state of the cells, a forward control strategy can be designed for real-time bioreactor process control.

This internship focuses on using existing online process and analytical data, together with metabolite analysis of archived samples. These data sets can be used to:

• Get a deeper understanding of the interplay between bioreactor process conditions, formation of (by)products and product quality.
• Convert measured information into actionable insights that facilitate improved bioprocess development and outcomes.
• Develop predictive models in which (already available) spectra are coupled to analytes, with the goal to further develop a process analytical tool for real-time monitoring.

The Advanced Therapies API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) Process Development department designs and develops scalable manufacturing processes for a diverse panel of pharmaceutical products. Our work spans the full workflow from cell culture through downstream purification. We partner closely with our local pilot plant, to enable production of innovative therapies for clinical evaluation.

Door de antwoorden van de AI te beoordelen en een score te geven. Je kunt dit na een korte online inwerkperiode ook vanuit huis doen, zodat je niet hoeft te reizen. Er zijn geen vaste werktijden, je bent vrij in het kiezen van de uren waarop je werkt.
