As a pitter at Agristo, you make sure only the best quality potatoes end up in the final product. You sit next to a line as the potatoes come in. Then you take out any potatoes that are not of the best quality. This can be because they are green, rotten or have weird shapes. Only the best potatoes can continue!

Wat ga je doen

Incidenteel kan er gevraagd worden om ook andere sectorhoofden bij te springen. Jij zorgt ervoor dat alle secretariële processen rondom deze leidinggevenden gestroomlijnd verlopen!

Jouw taken op een rij:

• Agendabeheer & Bijeenkomsten: Je beheert de agenda's en plan afspraken in voor het sectorhoofd Incidentbestrijding en de 5 teamleiders. Ook organiseer je bijeenkomsten.
• Notuleren & Acties bewaken: Je haalt agendapunten op, notuleert overleggen (zoals het MT-overleg) en volgt actiepunten proactief op.
• Documentbeheer: Je levert vergaderstukken tijdig aan en werkt digitaal met documenten en memo's (in Teams en SharePoint).
• Contactpersoon: Je onderhoudt veelvuldig contact met collega's binnen en buiten Veiligheidsregio Twente.

Hoe ziet zo'n dag er uit?
Het is maandagochtend. Je start de week met het notuleren van het MT-overleg. De agenda heb je al vooraf samengesteld door de input die je hebt opgehaald bij de sectorhoofden. Tijdens de vergadering leg je de actiepunten vast, waar je direct na de lunch mee aan de slag gaat. Om 14:00 uur zit je even kort met het sectorhoofd Incidentbestrijding om de planning van de komende week door te spreken. Daarna verwerk je een besproken memo in het systeem en rond 16:30 uur beantwoord je de laatste mails voor de teamleiders. Computer uit en met een voldaan gevoel naar huis: jouw werkdag zit erop!
