For our client, we are looking for enthusiastic Order Pickers / Logistics Employees. Together with your colleagues, you will ensure that millions of flowers and plants are delivered to the right customers on time every day.

As an Order Picker, you play a key role in the logistics process. You make sure that flowers and plants are processed quickly, accurately, and delivered to the correct destination.

Your responsibilities include:

• Picking and processing flower and plant orders.
• Transporting flower and plant trolleys throughout the auction warehouse.
• Sorting and distributing products to the correct locations.
• Checking orders for quality and quantity.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Working together with your colleagues to achieve the daily logistics targets.

You will use modern logistics equipment, such as an electric tug or order picking vehicle. Experience is not required, as full training will be provided.

Working hours: Your shift starts at 06:00 AM and usually finishes at 12:00 PM, with occasional overtime until 1:00 PM.

Główne zadania i obowiązki:

• Wykonywanie szerokiego zakresu prac przy pielęgnacji roślin, takich jak: wysiew, podlewanie, skręcanie roślin, opuszczanie roślin, sadzenie, przycinanie liści, wibracja gron, zbiór oraz pozyskiwanie nasion
• Rozpoznawanie i zgłaszanie chorób, szkodników oraz odchyleń w jakości roślin
• Utrzymywanie szklarni i miejsc pracy w czystości i porządku
• Przygotowywanie i czyszczenie obiektów przed i po cyklach uprawy
• Dokładna praca z dużą liczbą roślin oraz przestrzeganie wszystkich poleceń i instrukcji pracy
• W razie potrzeby kierowanie lub nadzorowanie pracowników tymczasowych podczas wykonywania zadań
• Korzystanie z narzędzi i sprzętu szklarniowego
• Korzystanie z systemów komputerowych do codziennej rejestracji pracy
• Przestrzeganie zasad bezpieczeństwa i protokołów fitosanitarnych oraz udział w obowiązkowych spotkaniach dotyczących bezpieczeństwa

As a Crop Worker , you’ll support daily greenhouse and crop care activities under the guidance of experienced team members. You will carry out a variety of technical and hands-on tasks, ensure accuracy in plant handling, and help maintain a safe and tidy work environment. You may also guide temporary workers when assigned.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Perform a wide range of crop care activities, including sowing, watering, twisting plants, lowering plants, planting, leaf cutting, vibrating trusses, harvesting, and seed extraction
• Identify and report diseases, pests, and deviations in plant quality
• Keep the greenhouse and workspaces clean and organized
• Prepare and clean facilities before and after crop cycles
• Work accurately with large numbers of plants and follow all work orders and instructions
• Guide or supervise temporary workers during assigned tasks
• Use and operate greenhouse tools and equipment
• Use computer systems for daily work registrations
• Follow safety and phytosanitary protocols and attend mandatory safety meetings

As a Licensed B1.3 Engineer, you'll take on a critical role in maintaining and inspecting military helicopter systems and engines, ensuring compliance with MAA-NLD regulations. Working with an expert team (both civil and military members), you'll be hands-on in assembly, disassembly, and in-depth fault analysis. From minor modifications up to heavy maintenance! Together with your colleagues you are responsible for releasing military helicopter back into service, and in this process, you will supervise less experienced engineers.

Wie ben jij?

• Hold an EASA AML B1.3 (civil) and/or you have extensive NH90 experience
• Able to perform base maintenance checks
• Have a comprehensive logbook with documented experience.
• Strong in technical English communication.
