Senior Operator – Start-up of a New Pharmaceutical Facility

What will you do?

As a Senior Operator, you will play a key role in the start-up of our new production facility. You’ll be right at the heart of the action, working closely with engineering, quality, and operations. Your mission? To ensure that everything not only runs—but excels.

Your responsibilities include:

• Contributing to the development of SOPs and work instructions.
• Training and coaching operators.
• Identifying and resolving bottlenecks during the start-up phase.
• Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet timelines and quality standards.
• Driving a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
• Supporting the implementation of production processes and systems (such as MES/EBR, OEE+, RTMS and MDH)

Who are you?

You are an energetic hands-on professional with a sharp focus on quality and process improvement. You enjoy building something new and thrive in a dynamic environment.

In addition, you bring:

• A minimum mbo-4 degree and around 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical, chemical, or food production environment.
• Knowledge of GMP, production processes, and automation (experience with MES/EBR is a plus).
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• English or Dutch speaking.
• A proactive, results-driven attitude and strong team spirit.

Als Senior Operator Packaging werk je in een farmaceutische productieomgeving waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het verpakken van producten volgens strikte GMP-richtlijnen.

Je combineert uitvoerend werk met coördinerende taken: je stuurt processen aan, helpt collega’s ontwikkelen en denkt actief mee over verbeteringen.

Je komt terecht in een omgeving waar kwaliteit, veiligheid en samenwerking centraal staan—maar waar ook ruimte is om te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen.

Functieomschrijving

Wat ga je doen?

Productie & Procesbeheer

• Je bewaakt en optimaliseert (een deel van) het productieproces
• Je lost storingen op en schakelt met interne en externe stakeholders
• Je denkt mee over procesverbeteringen

Uitvoering van werkzaamheden

• Je voert verpakkingswerkzaamheden uit volgens GMP en SOP’s
• Je registreert werkzaamheden in logboeken en systemen
• Je bereidt materialen voor en reinigt apparatuur
• Je voert eenvoudige technische handelingen uit

Kwaliteit & compliance

• Je controleert processen en producten
• Je signaleert afwijkingen en zorgt voor correcte opvolging
• Je werkt volgens strikte documentatie- en kwaliteitsrichtlijnen

Coaching & begeleiding

• Je begeleidt en traint collega’s
• Je helpt bij het implementeren van nieuwe werkwijzen
• Je draagt bij aan een positieve en veilige werksfeer

Functie eisen

Wie ben jij?

• Je hebt een hbo-diploma (of vergelijkbare werkervaring)
• Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een GMP-omgeving
• Ervaring met farmaceutische verpakking is een sterke pré
• Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en denkt vooruit
• Je bent een teamspeler en neemt initiatief
• Je beheerst zowel Nederlands als Engels goed (belangrijk)
• Je bent bereid om in een 2-ploegendienst te werken

• Salarisindicatie: €3.698 – €5.316 bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur)
• 14,83% ploegentoeslag
• 8,33% eindejaarsuitkering
• 8,33% vakantiegeld
• Reiskostenvergoeding vanaf de eerste kilometer
• Goed bereikbaar met OV + parkeermogelijkheden

Over de vacature

Wat ga je doen:

Als machine operator werk je in een productiehal waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het draaiende houden van het productieproces. Je:

• Bedient zelfstandig een geautomatiseerde productielijn
• Zorgt dat machines continu worden voorzien van de juiste materialen
• Lost kleine storingen op en stelt machines bij waar nodig
• Bouwt machines om voor nieuwe productieorders
• Werkt nauw samen met je collega’s om de productie soepel te laten verlopen

Je werkt in een 2-ploegendienst:

• Ochtenddienst: 06:00 – 14:15 (ma t/m vr)
• Middagdienst: 14:00 – 00:00 (ma t/m do, vrijdag vrij

Wat wij bieden:

Salaris tussen €2.900 en €3.565 bruto per maand (incl. ploegentoeslag)

Ploegentoeslag van 15%

25 vakantiedagen + 8,33% vakantiegeld

Reiskostenvergoeding (€0,21 per km)
