Wat je gaat doen

Om 07.30 uur begint jouw werkdag. Met een kop koffie erbij bekijk je de binnengekomen orders en bepaal je wat als eerste aandacht nodig heeft. Een klant heeft een vraag, een order moet worden aangepast of een collega heeft informatie nodig. Jij houdt het overzicht en zorgt dat iedereen verder kan.

Als commercieel medewerker binnendienst ben je een belangrijke schakel tussen klanten, verkoop en het bedrijfsbureau. Je verwerkt en controleert orders, houdt klantinformatie actueel en ondersteunt collega's bij commerciële en administratieve werkzaamheden.

Daarbij voer je niet alleen gegevens in. Je kijkt kritisch naar informatie, herkent bijzonderheden en denkt mee over hoe processen slimmer en efficiënter kunnen.

Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:• Verwerken en beheren van orders in het ERP systeem;

• Controleren, aanvullen en bewaken van orderinformatie;
• Aanpassen en slim hergebruiken van standaardorders;
• Onderhouden en verder uitbouwen van klantrelaties;
• Optimaliseren en analyseren van rapportages;
• Werken met Excel, waaronder formules en draaitabellen.

Gedurende de dag schakel je tussen verschillende werkzaamheden en collega's. Juist die afwisseling maakt deze functie interessant. En om 16.30 uur? Dan sluit je jouw laptop en zit je werkdag erop.

Wat we je bieden

Je krijgt een afwisselende functie waarin commercie, administratie en techniek samenkomen. Daarbij krijg je de ruimte om verantwoordelijkheid te nemen en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen. Je kunt rekenen op:

• Een bruto maandsalaris tussen tot €4.100, afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring;
• Een werkweek van 32 tot 40 uur;
• Werktijden van 07.30 tot 16.30 uur;
• 25 vakantiedagen en minimaal 7 roostervrije dagen en de mogelijkheid om extra verlof te kopen of te verkopen;
• 8% vakantiegeld, reiskostenvergoeding, een winstdelingsregeling en een pensioenregeling waarbij werkgever en werknemer ieder 50% bijdragen;
• Uitzicht op een vast dienstverband.

Functie-eisen

Je bent commercieel ingesteld, administratief sterk en houdt gemakkelijk overzicht wanneer verschillende werkzaamheden tegelijk jouw aandacht vragen. Je communiceert makkelijk met klanten en collega's en hebt interesse in de technische kant van het werk. Daarnaast:

• Heb je een afgeronde mbo 4 opleiding in een commerciële richting;
• Heb je ervaring met administratieve werkzaamheden;
• Kun je technische tekeningen lezen en begrijpen;
• Heb je ervaring met ERP systemen;
• Kun je goed werken met Excel, waaronder formules en draaitabellen;

Je hoeft niet overal direct het antwoord op te hebben. Belangrijker is dat je nieuwsgierig bent, vragen stelt en graag uitzoekt hoe iets in elkaar zit

Over het bedrijf

Je gaat aan de slag bij een internationaal actief familiebedrijf in Borculo. Vanuit meerdere locaties werken ongeveer 250 collega's aan klantgerichte projecten voor onder andere de industrie, luchtvaart en defensie. Ondanks de internationale activiteiten is de werksfeer praktisch en persoonlijk. De lijnen zijn kort, collega's kennen elkaar en jouw bijdrage aan het eindresultaat is duidelijk zichtbaar.
