Ben jij een gedreven en hands-on Teamlead met ervaring in de logistiek? Voor Maersk zijn we op zoek naar een Teamlead Warehouse die een team van magazijnmedewerkers aanstuurt en ervoor zorgt dat alle processen soepel verlopen.

Wat ga je doen?
Als Teamlead Warehouse ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het aansturen van een team magazijnmedewerkers en zorg je ervoor dat dagelijkse werkzaamheden soepel en efficiënt verlopen. Je hebt een actieve rol op de werkvloer en bent niet bang om zelf de handen uit de mouwen te steken wanneer dat nodig is. Daarnaast draag je bij aan een veilige en prettige werkomgeving, werk je continu aan verbeteringen binnen het team en de werkprocessen.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

• Leidinggeven en coördineren van het magazijnteam om een vlotte dagelijkse operatie te garanderen.
• Toezicht houden op de werkzaamheden, zoals:
  • Het lossen van containers met los geladen cartons
  • Het palletiseren en sealen van goederen
  • Het opslaan van pallets in de racking
• Actief meewerken op de werkvloer indien nodig om deadlines te behalen.
• Zorgdragen voor een efficiënte planning en werkverdeling.
• Bewaken van kwaliteits- en veiligheidsnormen binnen het magazijn.
• Signaleren en implementeren van verbeteringen om de werkprocessen te optimaliseren.
• Coachen en motiveren van het team, zodat iedereen optimaal presteert.
• En het rapporteren aan de supervisor.

Wat bieden wij?

• Een bruto uur salaris tussen de €17,00 - €18,00 euro bruto per uur
• €0,23 kilometer vergoeding;
• Werken in dagdienst (08:00 - 16:45), geen nachtdiensten of ploegendiensten;

Wat ga je doen?
Als Dispatch Clerk ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het efficiënt coördineren van het transport van containers in en uit ons depot. Jij bent de schakel tussen klanten, vervoerders en interne teams, waarbij je zorgt voor een vlekkeloze logistieke operatie.

Jouw taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Coördinatie van verzendingen:
  • Toezicht houden op de verzending en ontvangst van containers, inclusief nauwkeurige documentatie.
  • Communiceren met vervoerders om containerbewegingen soepel te laten verlopen.
  • Zorgen voor de juiste toewijzing van containers op basis van klant- en operationele vereisten.
• Documentatie en registratie:
  • Administratie bijhouden van inkomende en uitgaande containers.
  • Verzenddocumenten controleren, zoals gate-passen, manifesten en afleverbonnen.
  • Interne systemen bijwerken met containergegevens.
• Voorraadbeheer:
  • Voorraad controleren en afwijkingen of tekorten melden.
  • Assisteren bij voorraadcontroles en vergelijken van containertellingen.
• Interactie met klanten:
  • Klanten en vervoerders ondersteunen met vragen en snelle oplossingen bieden.
  • Updates geven over containerbeschikbaarheid en dispatch-schema's.
• Naleving en veiligheid:
  • Zorgen dat alle activiteiten voldoen aan veiligheidsrichtlijnen, regelgeving en milieueisen.
  • Operationele risico's of afwijkingen rapporteren aan de supervisor.
