Functie-inhoud

• Als Machine Operator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bedienen en bewaken van geautomatiseerde productie- en verpakkingslijnen om de productieplanning te halen
• Je bedient en stelt machines in en bewaakt continu de procesparameters om productieafwijkingen te voorkomen;
• Je lost storingen op en voert eerste storingshandelingen en eenvoudige onderhoudsacties uit als Machine Operator;
• Je bewaakt kwaliteitsaspecten en CCP's, voert controles uit en handelt afwijkingen en afvalstromen correct af;
• Je past LOTOTO- en veiligheidsprocedures toe tijdens onderhoud en bij overdrachten tussen ploegen;
• Je registreert productiegegevens, roept orders op en draagt zorg voor een duidelijke overdracht naar de volgende ploeg;
• Je werkt met verpakkings- en verwerkingsmachines die PLC-HMI gestuurd zijn en hebt eigen regie over de toegewezen lijn met zelfstandig uit te voeren eenvoudige omstellingen en afstellingen;

Functie-eisen

• MBO 2 of hoger in Procestechniek, Techniek, Vapro, Operator of Food of vergelijkbare aantoonbare werkervaring;
• Ervaring met complexe installaties en geautomatiseerde lijnen is gewenst;
• Voorbeeldige aandacht voor veiligheid en kennis van kwaliteitssystemen en kwaliteitsstandaarden;
• Zelfstandig kunnen werken, proactieve houding en positieve bijdrage aan ploegensfeer;
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
• Bereidheid om te werken in een 3-ploegenrooster;
• Basiskennis van onderhoudswerkzaamheden en storingsafhandeling;

Wij bieden

• Salaris: €2600 - €4500 per maand;
• Vakantiedagen: 25 dagen per jaar plus 8% vakantiegeld;
